Excellent location. Walking distance to everything. Good size rooms, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee was lovely. Quite noisy outside. Breakfast was not included when we returned on our last night in Rome which was unfortunate and a bit pricey. We had stayed for 4 days at the beginning of our trip and we enjoyed the included breakfasts.

Perfect location, spacious and modern rooms, comfortable bed and very helpful staff Toilet and bath were different doors in the room but it might be due to location of our room, a bit of corridor music sneaks into room( could be easily adjusted if the hotel reads this)

Excellent boutique hotel situated on a busy street with walking distance to Trevi and the Pantheon. The staff was phenomenal. You can walk to so much history, food, bars and beauty from here. Beds could’ve been softer!

Cloud 7 Roma was in an absolutely perfect location. It was a minutes walk away from big sightseeing locations like the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, and only a few minutes further from places like the Spanish Steps. It was surrounded by food, desserts, and shops, so it made it very easy to not venture far from the hotel if we needed food or a snack. It was also cozy, brightly colored with beautiful art, and had very pleasant folks working the front desk at all times. I think the rooms could've been bigger. I didn't love that we needed 1 key card in for electricity because we had to constantly be shuffling both cards if one of us needed to leave for water. I got a deluxe room with a balcony (which was great!) but there wasn't a lot of space for clothes (to unpack and put things in a drawer or something).

Property was very clean and the location was close to many areas of interest. The rooms on the top floor have nice terraces but are very small. There is practically no room to open a suitcase.

The hotel was the best for a solo female traveler. It was safe, clean and has the most amazing staff. The location is amazing. Once you step out of the building, you’re only minutes away from the popular attractions. If you don’t want a tourist holiday, that’s still fine since you are at a location where you can walk pretty much anywhere. As I mentioned, the staff is amazing and very helpful. Especially Veronica. I will never forget how she grabbed my backpack while I was handling my luggage and ran with me to catch the taxi to the airport. They already booked the taxi the day before my departure since my departure date was the same with the finale of Giro d’Italia and most of the roads were closed. It was a pretty busy day at the hotel for Veronica but still, she managed to make me arrive on time to the airport. It was my third time and the best time in Rome. Definetly will stay there again. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so comfortable ❤️ I would have loved a mini refrigerator.

The staff is extremely nice! Both at the front desk and in the breakfast hall. The front staff were also very helpful in calling a taxi for me multiple times. Tom was wonderful (there were two women who were also very helpful but I don't know their names) and Salvatore was also great during breakfast in the morning. The hotel is very clean and I was very happy with the size of my room and bathroom. Clean bed and floor. I loved that two waters were provided in the refrigerator and that there was a water station in the grab 'n go station on the 1st floor. Essential for staying hydrated during a hot weekend. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of everything. Perfect for getting to all the sites. I wish the cleaning staff would of cleaned the rooms in the morning instead of the afternoon.

Location was exceptional. Bed sheet should have been a fitted sheet - the flat sheet was a constant pain as it kept coming completely apart. Also, the bathroom mirror should not have a light right on it - the light made it hard to see. Lighting in general was poor.

We only had coffee in the morning as we were out early each AM. The coffee was good though. There was yogurt and fruit at the location, but a few danish and/or bagels and cream cheese to purchase with our coffee would have been great. Veronica and the front desk staff were always very helpful about giving directions on how to walk to sightseeing places, and I liked that it was very close to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and the Spanish Steps. We dropped our luggage off around noon and someone had put our luggage in our room by check-in time. Our room had everything we needed and was very quiet in 308. Loved the king size bed, large tv, and large shower. I hesitated to get a balcony with a view as I was afraid it would be too noisy while trying to sleep, but if there had been a common area outside to eat snacks & drink wine, it would have been good. Of course, since the hotel was in the heart of the city, it wasn't hard to find a restaurant close by.

The room itself was lovely, and the staff were sweet and helpful. The honor bar was open 24 hours for snacks, wine and coffee. The location was very hard to navigate. Though I was there in late April, and tourist season hadn't yet reached full swing, the street outside the hotel (near major attractions, but not in among them) was always crowded with young people loitering and going nowhere. Only early in the morning was I able to maneuver in and out of the hotel without feeling a bit unsafe.

The location is amazing. So close to everything. The hotel is very clean and cute. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked the single room, so just note that the room is small, but it had everything I needed. The single room didn’t have a coffee maker or mini fridge so just be aware. That was most likely my fault as I didn’t carefully review the room amenities.
