. The pillows were flat and the bed was too firm for my back.

Conveniently located close to the coliseum and great food. The room was spacious and clean. Central AC is not always cool but it was ok.

Location is excellent, you have the Colosseum on your door step and some amazing food spots nearby (I highly recommended visiting Benso restaurant) Room is nice and quiet despite being on the main street. Despite never meeting the staff they were very accommodating via whatsapp and even let me check out a little later. Bathroom is far too small to be comfortable for two people. The door for the bathroom is also made of a very thin wood, so unless you're staying with a partner you will have zero privacy staying with a friend. Shower is tiny, Overall the room could do with some TLC. The toilet flusher was badly damaged in our room. Room isn't very big.

Location, cleanliness and that the room was brand new. Also the free amenities that were replaced everyday.

It was really safe and good environment. The staff was kind and the location isn’t in Rome center but still good location. Even though it was kept clean our bed chamber was smelling horrible and we kept on getting the smell even when the windows were open.

This was a great location for visiting Rome. Everything within walking distance, including the train station. The Colosseum only a few short min. away! The room was clean, was very easy to communicate with staff and they were quick to answer with recommendations. We especially appreciated being able to have an early check-in, so we could drop our luggage and start exploring. Our stay was stress-free and we'd definitely recommend.

I like everything about it . The place is super clean and very spacious. They are so nice and ready to do everything for you. The girl at the front desk is super nice .

There was a lift, as advertised, but difficult to access, still required going up or down steps to room. Some minor maintenance issues. Staff corrected the most consequential one, other ones were reported at checkout

Central location and very comfortable. Great kingsize bed, decent shower, the room feel spacious with its high ceiling and this particular room came with the unique balcony over the Via Cavour. Housekeeping exceptional and with free amenities included I. The price (sodas, water, snacks). Very attentive owner ready to support any request although you do not need anything else beyond what comes with the room price. We were lucky finding this gem in that expensive area. I was surprised it was a hotel embedded in an old apartment’s building. I was expecting a typical reception point so we passed in front of the hotel few times not noticing it since it was not announced anywhere in the street. It was kind of a shock however once inside the room … who cares? And the room and location were spectacular!

This was our first time to Rome so I wasn’t sure where to book. In the end, I’m so glad we stayed here. We were so close to the Colloseum that we were able to swing by multiples times (in the morning and at night). There were so many choices for good restaurants and gelato - all nearby. We were also within walking distance to Trevi Fountain, etc! We could have used another suitcase holder for our room.

Clean and comfortable room in a great location. Near bars and restaurants and a 10 minutes walk from Colosseum. All staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing.

Location of the accommodation and very near Cavour Metro was the best part of this stay. Room will be cleaned daily if requested. Fridge is available with free water and soda! Noise could be heard coming from the roads and water gushing from next door’s shower. Note that this isn’t a hotel but rooms within a building.
