Wonderful attention to details

The location cannot be beat. The room was small but well designed and very comfortable. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful.

First of all the excellent staff service: at reception, bar, housekeeping, etc. We had a blast of a time and felt so welcome. We loved that staff speaks Italian, English an Spanish. Very good breakfast. Room clean and comfortable. There was one night when many youngsters left the hotel at midnight going down the stairs speaking in a loud voice and woke up us. It was a loudly croud and we could not sleep until after they left the hotel.

Loved the location. Loved the hospitality and staff, so friendly. Loved the bar upstairs, very convenient and nice. Bed Sheets had stain on it and didn't get changed. Floors were dirty, looked under the bed to find some personal items and noticed alot of dust. Elevator made us nervous with ots movement and noises.

It was a great location and very comfortable. I had a problem with my toilet that didn’t get resolved until the third and last night of my stay.

It's a perfectly positioned hotel, a short walk from Trajan's Forum and the Colosseum, as well as numerous good bars and restaurants. Staff were brilliant and the rooftop bar (for evening drinks and breakfast) is a great space. Rooms are clean and well-kept. My room was on the small side and could use a face-lift. But it totally served the purpose for a short, solo city break, when you just need a clean and tidy place to sleep and don't mind springing straight out of bed to get a decent coffee.

Condominium Monti far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the terrace room adjoining the hotel. The terrace room is a one bedroom with a small kitchenette, living room and most importantly a large outdoor space to relax with a glass of wine or Aperol Spritz. The front desk, tbreakfast area and cleaning staff were outstanding. The hotel even arranged for our arrival and departure from the airport. This is truly a professional 5 star staff. Leticia and Sammy, truly stand out! They were knowledgeable and assisted us with anything we needed. The hotel offers walking tours, which were fun and educational (take advantage of these offers). Great location, excellent hotel. The only thing I did not like was that I had to leave and go home

Outstanding hotel! The beds were so comfortable that I almost did not want to get up every day… The breakfast was wonderful on the rooftop and the staff was undeniably, professional and accommodating. The location was a short walk to the Colosseum and other sites that we chose to see.

AMAZING STAY. Very comfortable, quiet in the area. Staff was EXCELLENT - from receptionists to the staff in the rooftop breakfast. Breakfast has great selection of food and drinks - worth it, dont skip! Great location - walkable to restaurants and the colosseum. They offer taxi hailing and other free guided tours in partnership with other hotels they own. Would definitely come back! N/A

Close to the train station and all the sights of Rome. The Coliseum is within view from the hotel.

Everything Nothing, everything was perfect

Outstanding staff! Everyone was very friendly, helpful & kind. Upon arrival, the tv in my room was broken & had to be replaced. The housekeeping was not great. I ended up having to ask for toilet paper
