Beautiful place. Quiet location. Nothing

We found the property to be very quiet, clean and comfortable. AC could have been a a little bit more adjustable

Good quiet location with garden area and small balcony. Large suites. Problems with breakfast preparer not always being there, coffee machine not working and bread rolls not being very fresh. Two previous stays were better so I hope this will be rectified. We want to stay there again.

Real Italian feel, very safe and secure, staff was nice and accommodating, breakfast on site, nice and quiet residential neighborhood, pleasant outdoor areas to sit and relax. Shower door kept falling off, no shampoos or conditioner, lukewarm water, one day room was not cleaned due to illness of staff member, no staff on site 24 hours, limited instructions/communication. Ad said valet parking and there are rooms with lots of stairs and no elevator.

The rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. I have a bad back so requested a firm mattress. The young man on reception was very friendly and helpful and tried to accommodate any requests that were made where possible. The room wasn’t that clean and was only given a quick flick around between guests. Breakfast was on the top floor and wasn’t much, just a basic continental, one day we went up at 9.30 to be told there was nothing to have as the supplier had let them down (go to the supermarket then). Not particularly clean and just little bistro tables. The girl who served us sat on the terrace smoking while we ate.

This is more like an AirBnb and less of a hotel. The rooms are nice and comfy. And the location is pretty quite and in a very good neighborhood. Breakfast was not good. The location is a bit outside of the city and next metro is 20 mins by walk. Bus stop is close though. Also its located a bit up so you will have to climb stairs to reach it, which can be a problematic if you plan to walk to hotel with luggage. With a cab it should be fine.

Very nice staff. Perla was very kind and pleasant. Marius was amazing, he gave us instructions for transportation and was very helpful with booking tickets for opera and museums. I would love to stay there again.

Nice big room and a very comfy bed. Staff were very helpful despite the fact that we did not speak any Italian, and they did not speak any English but we made it work and I really appreciate that. There were a few things that didn’t work in our room - the kettle did not work and our bathroom door got jammed in the night and we could not go to the toilet which wasn’t good. The other thing was that we messaged the number for “emergencies” about the door and we called the number too and we did not receive any reply. So that was a bit concerning for us. Breakfast was very basic but okay.

I like the vibes and the staff were very friendly and decent. The location was good but was a bit far from city center. The breakfast was very good and it was nice that the woman there did it all by herself. We enjoyed everything I didnt like the mosquitos. There were so many and i was itching and it was so uncomfortable

Reception staff very friendly and helped us with our requests

Breakfast was exceptional in quality, great food, just needed to cater for the number of guests.

Our room Breakfast was not good. Hand railing on the steps into the hotel were not there. It made for a disabled person difficult

The rooftop terrace is nice. We did not get the room we booked (photos on Booking). We received a small room right next to the entrance of the Hotel and the reception. Therefore it was super noisy and privacy was lacking. As well there was mold in the room. On the second day we could change the room, as the hotel was not fully booked. The breakfast is a joke. The buffet consisted of hard bread (from the day before?) some croissants, jam and joghurt. There was no fruit or anything fresh. The juice-pots were moldy (compare photo) and alltogether the area of breakfast is not really clean. The only coffee you can get is black nespresso coffee, there is no milk available.

The rooms are very spacious and have an artistic style to them which is very charming. The bathroom was clean. The hotel is located a little bit on the outskirts of the city requiring one to take metro and bus to reach the center. The bed was not very comfortable which left me with a back pain. The room we stayed in also had a door leading to another room which did not insulate the sounds from that room making it very difficult to sleep at night. The guests in the neighbouring room started packing at 3 in the night making noises which woke us up and we couldn’t fall asleep until around 4 AM when they finally left. We asked the reception to change the rooms if possible but got no response (via text). The bathroom was nice overall and had similar style to the room but the shower had no real water pressure along with the handle being difficult to operate to set the water at a reasonable temperature. The breakfast only had coffee, a few different types of cake but no bread, no butter. There was cereal but no milk. There were also a few home made dishes which was a nice touch. Overall not impressed with the hotel considering the price.

none I recently stayed at this so-called "hotel," which turned out to be a poorly run guest house, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating. The next morning, we tried to address our concerns with the owner, only to find that they pretended not to speak any English and showed no interest in resolving our complaints. It was clear they had no intention of providing even the most basic level of customer service. The rooms were only partially clean, with a general sense of neglect. Despite what was shown in the pictures, there was no bottled water provided in the room, and the shower didn’t work. When we requested extra toilet paper, the staff flat-out refused to provide any, which was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. The location is another major issue. The hotel is far from any amenities, so even getting a simple bottle of water required a long trek. It’s situated in a quiet residential area, far removed from any shops or lively streets, making it extremely inconvenient if you need anything during your stay. Breakfast was a disaster as well. Served on the rooftop, it consisted of dry bread, a few fruits that seemed past their prime, and limited vegetarian options that didn’t look or feel clean. The only thing you could choose was your egg, but even that wasn’t enough to redeem the meal. It was so bad that we skipped breakfast entirely the next morning. In summary, this place is a disaster on every front. The unfriendly staff, lack of basic amenities, misleading photos, and terrible location make it a place I would strongly advise everyone to avoid. Don’t waste your time or money here.
