Very clean and comfortable, and location cannot be beat. Nice breakfast options in nearby cafes.

Breakfast vouchers provided were for the perfect Italian breakfast. Coffee, cornetto plus a juice. Choice of three restaurants nearby. Very good! WIFI was spotty in our room. It was not a big hindrance as we got into room late every evening we were there.

Brilliant location (you can see the Colosseum at the end of the main road a minute from the room's front door), three choices of cafe for breakfast (included in the stay), very clean and Massimo was lovely and gave us lots of information on the local area. Finding the front door wasn't easy - there's nothing on the outside of the building to indicate you're in the right place. Only having one plug was also a challenge - perhaps bring a multi adapter with you so you can charge more than one device at once

Nice host Comfortable bed Breakfast at antico forno was amazing. Perfect location close to the colosseum and other bars and rest. The coupons for breakfast were just 5e per person per day. I believe that it could have been at least 10e per person as you always need to add more money to the coupons.

Location was very good. Close to the coliseum etc Room with small en-suite bathroom over quite a noisy street. Couldn’t open the windows at night. Breakfast is just a 5 euro voucher that wasn’t enough to pay for a coffee and croissant!!! Somewhat disappointed and misled.

Location is fantastic, bathroom is spacious and pleasant. Air conditioner takes hours to cool down the room to a reasonable temperature.

Great location. Host very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom large. Easy access to the room. Breakfast was included! Hard to find. Not clear on the directions to get into. It was listed as a hotel but was actually a airbnb. AC was not very cold. So we opened the window.

Great breakfast at the restaurants with the coupons. Croissant, juice, and a coffee. Perfect! Room was great, Massimo was very nice! Walkable from most destinations except the Vatican, but we did it anyways. Nice to explore to city on foot. Netflix on the TV. Great!
