The cleanliness of the room. The pastries which are more 3 days. They are not changed daily. The loaf bread is changed daily.

I had a wonderful time. The owner was so pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, airy. Wonderful breakfasts. I was very close to the Vatican : BONUS. A small map of the area, showing names of streets, Would have heled me. To facilitate my schedule.

I traveled with my mother. This was perfect location close to the vatican, the neighbhood was beaituful and safe which was a must for me. Close to a bus stop and many little cafes and resturants. A 45 mins walk into the heart of Rome. The host was lovely and helped us out so much. The room was clean and the coffee was amazing. We sat out on the Patio many times to enjoy our coffees and you can hear the Vatican bells. Nothing it was perfect.

Emilio was helpful. I wanted to be informed that private bathroom was not attached to bedroom.

Emiliano is a very welcoming host. He cares a lot about his customers. He's multilingual. He provided us with a map of the city and listened to the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was really great. There's a shared kitchen and a fridge with all amenities available. Very nice location for a visit to the Vatican but a bit far from city center.

Great location, a 15-minute walk from St. Paul's Square and the Vatican is just 80 meters away. It took us 15 to 20 minutes by public transport to get to the main attractions. In the evening, we walked back from Trastevere. The apartment was very clean, with daily cleaning and breakfast items replenished every day. I especially liked having breakfast on the balcony, surrounded by the sounds of birds. There were no busy roads near by. Many thanks to Emiliano and his family for their warm welcome and assistance navigating the city. They helped us in every way during our vacation. The metro was a little farther away than we preferred. We only used it a few times, preferring to take buses and walk.

Proximity to Vatican City, Emiliano is a great host that cares about his guests. The rooms are extra-clean.

Great location, very close to St. Peter's Basilica and good cafes and restaurants. Good size room with a good bed and a helpful host. Large windows with shutters that can be opened. There are three rooms in close proximity with a shared corridor and kitchen, so some noise sometimes is to be expected but that was never a problem for us.

A very clean, spacious, and comfortable place. The location is just a 10-minute walk from San Pietro Square, with easy access to public transportation. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. Host Emiliano is exceptional—highly attentive to detail and incredibly service-minded. If you ask for something, he will do his best to accommodate. It was especially touching to see him standing in the rain, waiting to welcome us upon arrival. Breakfast is served in traditional Italian style, and the well-equipped kitchen offers everything needed to make a great cup of coffee or tea, both included. And those wonderful cakes… simply delightful!” Due to its proximity to the street and railway line, the location is not very quiet even at night.

Everything was excellent!! I loved everything about this accommodation.

Host is a very nice and helpful guy. The location is also good – 5 minut walk to the Vatican City, close to the bus station (line 64 or 46 will drive you to every Roma must-have place). The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours. Breakfast was also not what we expected, but i quess that's what Italians eat.

Owner is very friendly and supportive. He made sure that our stay was very comfortable..also supported with providing support and information for making our experience more comfortable. The location of apartment itself is only 15 mins away from the center and really safe..

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible guesthouse in Rome, and I can genuinely say it was perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. Emiliano went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the stay was enjoyable—he were always available for questions, quick to provide local tips, and truly seemed to care about our experience. The location is ideal, close to the Vatican and major sights, yet peaceful and quiet. The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and pastries each morning. This guesthouse truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for a perfect stay in Rome! 10/10 -

Super clean, great bathroom (particularly appreciate the water pressure), wonderful view, the loveliest kitchen with cakes and coffee and tea and snacks, you can tell it’s being well maintained and taken care of. Everything was great

The guesthouse is in the perfect location, just minutes away on foot from Saint Peter’s Square. It is a lovely neighbourhood and building. Emiliano is the perfect host, he provided anything we needed and responded instantly to our messages. He even brought a brand new coffee machine when the one in our room broke. The breakfast was good. The room, kitchen and bathroom very clean and tidy. They cleaned every day. I recommend. It is the perfect stay in Rome!! The only thing we didn’t like is that our private bathroom was outside the room, but it is not a big deal. We would have just liked it better if it was in the room (the other rooms had en suite bathroom). But again, this was just a minor dislike :)

Everything was perfect, Emiliano is a super great host, he cleaned our room everyday. The breakfast was placed in the room and filled everyday if something was missing. By bus 46, the stop is 5 minutes far away from the Guesthouse, you can reach the downtown in 15 minutes. Flexible check in, check out, what was extremely good for us because of the flight. We stayed in room nr. 2 with a beautiful balcony where we enjoyed our rich breakfast! In the shared kitchen is a fridge in which is placed a separated shelf for each travelers (rooms) with welcome beer and yogurt. If we will go back to Rome I’m sure I will book our stay at EMI’s Guesthouse ?

The guest house is within walking distance of St Peter's Basilica and all other attractions. The bus stop is at the end of the street. Emiliano is a very kind person,really good host. He provided us lots recommendations and he was always open for a short chit-chat ? Sweet breakfast (criossants, cakes, cornflakes, cookies) included in the room which is replaced every day by Emiliano during the cleaning. There is a common kitchen as well which is well equipped (coffee, tea, cakes, fruits). The room was comfortable, with a private bathroom, airco, smart TV. Thank you so much for a very enjoyable stay. We will hopefully return. There is nothing that stands out for us as a dislike for this rental

Emiliano is a very nice host, he welcomed us personally when we arrived. He provided us with lots of advice and recommendations ? Coffee machine and sweet breakfast included in the room. We also had a salty breakfast on request ? The common kitchen is well equipped.
