Clean, convenient, quiet

Great location, very friendly and helpful host, very clean. Breakfast etc. are basic, it works but is simple.

Nothing The room we booked was not as described at all. We reserved a room for three people, but it only had one bed for two, and the “bed” for the third person was basically a thin mattress almost on the floor, completely uncomfortable and impossible for anyone to sleep on, even for one night. The heater did not work. Someone came to check it and insisted it was working, but it was absolutely freezing inside the room. We could not stay there because it was too cold. The breakfast was extremely poor, basically just pastries, not real food. The location is also inconvenient, far from everything, and you will spend at least €30 each way on Uber, which makes it not worth the price at all. The owner was unresponsive and rude, refusing to refund any amount and insisting the pictures online are accurate, which is not true. Overall, this place is not worth the money, does not match the description, and I strongly recommend that you stay away from this property and choose somewhere else.

A nice residential area. I really liked my room, it was quiet. There are many restaurants within 15-20 min walk. Very good breakfast: croissants and cornetti, yogurt and jams, or milk and cereal. There is a coffee machine. Not the most convenient location or transportation options for the city Center: Colosseum, Foro Romano, Villa Borghese. You can take a bus and tap your credit card there for payment. You may need to transfer buses, depending on where you are going. The metro station is a little further away, I did not use it.

The room had its own bathroom, so I didn't have to share it with other people and breakfast was provided, although breakfast would have been better if fresh fruit was provided, such as bananas or apples. The floor was dirty and not swept, the shampoo and bath gel bottles in the bathroom hadn't been replaced and were halfway used, I couldn't figure out how to use the coffee machine (posting instructions would be helpful), I left my room keys in the room on check out morning, but the front door to get out of the building was locked so I had to wake up someone in another room to unlock the front door so I could leave. The host was very slow about responding to messages on WhatsApp.

The gentleman was very nice and very helpful. Nothing

It was easy to check in and out. The location was within walking distance of the Vatican and only about a 10 taxi ride to anywhere else in Rome. The advertised twin bed was a cot bed with a very thin mattress. The cot would be a lot better with a proper mattress or a mattress topper.

Proximity (walking distance) to St Peter’s Square and the cleanliness of the place. We got lost finding the place at first. There should be an eye catching sign at the facade.

We lost the internet 4 of the 5 days we stayed there. Not the owner's fault but inconvenient. We got a credit because of this, which was fare.

Place was close to the Bus station. It was cleaned daily. There was fresh pastry every morning and fridge in the kitchen which could also be used by us. Very stylish film industry decor. It was not always easy to communicate with the owner, even though he was generally nice and helpful. On Booking our triple room was advertised as double bed with single bed; but the single bed was actually only folding extra bed with folding mattress, very uncomfortable. We had to book extra room for our third member.

Great position near Vatican.

Exceptional

The location was a bit difficult to find... no near by train stations... nearest was about 10-15 mins..

This place felt more like an Airbnb, which wasn’t ideal for me. The self-check-in was provided, and instructions were clear. I was alone but I can say the room was sufficient for two people, and the place provided towels only—good thing I had my own shower gel and shampoo. It was very quiet, likely because I was the only guest. The location was not ideal. It’s only close to the Vatican Museums, but there’s no metro nearby. I had to wait 30 minutes for a bus, and since I wasn’t familiar with the area, I easily got lost. On top of that, I had to walk 15-20 minutes to get anywhere after or before the bus ride. I did not enjoy the breakfast at all. The store-bought croissants and muffins should not be considered a proper breakfast. They could be nice treats from the host, but since breakfast was included in the booking, I was disappointed. I also asked the host if I could leave my luggage until 2 pm, but they could only accommodate me until 12:30. Given that the place was empty during my visit, I expected more flexibility, but no solution was offered.

Just the thin walls when the other guess was having breakfast, you could hear everything.

The gentleman who welcomed us and who takes care of the apartments was very kind. It's nice that the coffee machine, sweets and other breakfast items are outside all day and can be taken at any time of the day. I think the breakfast offer is bad. There are mostly things from the bakery, and there is very little (sometimes nothing) of salami and cheese. The kitchen is not the cleanest, and it is unhygienic for people from 3 rooms to touch the same package of salami when it is opened. I posted a picture of breakfast and this is pretty much all of it. The salami stays in the refrigerator until it is used up. The toilet in the accommodation is not the cleanest. Dirty toilet brush, walls and used roll of paper. Dirty coffee machine and kettle.

Pretty and comfortable BnB,super clean and spacious. Owner was very polite and helpful, awesome breakfast with a variety of choices, very close to St Peter square, Nothing wrong to say, we were very satisfied!!,

The location is quite good and within an hour walk to all attractions. Breakfast foods are left out for anyone to help themselves. My concern is this is a good way to spread sickness and germs as people have to touch the food to cut cake, slices, breads etc The shower also was broken and the drain flooded. Being a small apartment area with shared kitchen, it was also quite noisy with other guests coming and going at all hours.

Check in process very easy and we could check in earlier. The gentleman cleaning the room was extremely nice. Bad breakfast. Pillows old and worn. Aircon not working.
