HOTEL NOVA DOMUS AURELIA

Breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious and cozy. I really appreciated the store inside the hotel, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They even gave us some great tips about the local area. Oh, and our room had a balcony! Thank you! Sometimes, the air conditioner failed, which is a significant issue in Italy during the summer. Additionally, the shower was loose, and the bathroom lock was broken, causing us to get stuck occasionally. The shower walls were covered in a thin layer of calcium due to hard water, so you could try cleaning in and using a filter to soften the water.

The location is another great advantage, as it is within walking distance of Vatican City and several nearby tourist attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Overall, our stay at Nova Domus Hotel was amazing and offered excellent value for money. We truly enjoyed our experience and appreciated the warm hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service. Kudos to the entire Nova Hotel management and staff for making our stay so memorable. Keep up the excellent work—we would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to others! One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide complimentary bottled water each day of the stay. It would be a thoughtful gesture that enhances guests' comfort and makes the overall experience even more enjoyable.

The staff here is incredibly professional and helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Emanuel, who went above and beyond by providing us with detailed transportation instructions and a fantastic Restaurant guide! The hotel offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend!" Just a couple of small areas for improvement: the bathroom is on the smaller side and had an occasional odor. The AC also takes about an hour to properly cool the room down, so it requires some patience.

The continental breakfast was excellent — a real buffet with a wide variety of food, clearly made from quality ingredients and very filling. There was a coffee machine with 6 different types of coffee, various juices, and something for every taste. Highly recommended! Honestly, nothing negative to mention. Everything was great!

Excellent overall experience consumed by my elderly parents. They share only positive impression about the staff, facilities, location and everything. They recommend the Hotel as it absolutely worth it. Staff from the reception were pretty friendly and true professionals.

Cean hotel and nice rooms. Staff were great. Gret breakfast. Would stay there again Close to the Vatican which was our priority Would have been nicer if a few restaurants were closer to the hotel

- Staff even provided us breakfast alternatives according to our dietary restrictions - Rooms were clean - Budget friendly - 10 mins walking from Valle Aurelia station (Metro Line A, FL trains to FCO Airport) - Location is far away from Rome center but right next to Vatican city - The terrain is not flat and if you are not taking a bus be ready to pull your luggage uphill for a few mins - There is a bus stop right outside with a direct bus to/from city center but the bus frequency is unpredictable

Helpful and friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, excellent location with two buses that take you direct you to Rome center in less than 15 minutes, 10 minute walk to Metro station, mini market and coffee shop 2 mins from hotel, located in safe and quiet area.

The little balcony was a wonderful touch Very modern rooms The only draw back I would see if you were to stay longer than the one night we did, was the location was a bit far outside of the centre It was ok for us but transport would add up if you had to take it into town every day

We had a fabulous stay! The front guest staff were extremely helpful with excellent communication. The breakfast was superb. Our rooms were very comfortable, especially the mattresses. The bus stops right outside the hotel made transportation very easy. We had five rooms in our reservation to accommodate 18 people. A couple of our rooms had plumbing issues (loose knobs in the shower, a leaky sink), but it was nothing we could not work around and did not dampen our stay.

Location Ameneties were sub standard. Aircons were broken.

Our second stay here, close to metro, bus lines to city center, 10 mins walk from Vatican and St Peters, quiet and respectful hotel, great breakfast service, but need to go out for evening meals, several good family restaurants nearby. Mattress was a bit lumpy! But otherwise everything was great.
