Clean, nice, close to everywhere. Loud surroundings, traffic from the main road located nearby

Clean Friendly staff Close to Vatican Family room has 2 bedrooms and AC in each bedroom The sound insulation could be improved, and the hair dryer only works for about a minute. Not allowed to eat in the bedroom….2 bedrooms and bathroom so there’s no place to eat inside the Airbnb.

Perfetto, the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable Everything was just fine

The room was clean. Bathrooms spacious and clean. Apartments were spacious. Some of the staff were very kind and courteous. Lots of things.... The AC could not be lowered to more than 23 degrees C. AC did not work in one of the rooms at all. One time a child set the AC below this by mistake and the electricity tripped, the owner then proceeded to threaten to remove all controls for the AC for 7 rooms we booked. One night the electricity tripped and took 7 hours plus to reset. Would not recommend to anyone travelling in big groups or families. Staff said they were unable to hold luggage to 3 on the day of check out as they were leaving for the day, so came back at 2, waited till 3 for a taxi and the staff were all still there!

They charge 50 euros more for check in later than 18.00. I paid 50 euros more and wanted to learn why they charge extra to send me just a password for the locker. Instead, I was threatened to cancel my booking and pretend "no show". The attitude was rude and unprofessional.

I arrived after having major surgery and spending 2 weeks at the private hospital 2 blocks away. I was not expecting to be discharged and arrived very exhausted and worried. However the staff is fantastic and the room and bed very comfortable. I am blessed to recover here. Nothing everything is great

    There is only one thing...

Because we arrived half an hour late for check-in, they left the key in a locked box outside the door for an additional fee. It felt like a penalty. I've stayed in many places where they leave the key in a locked box before, but this was the first time I'd encountered such a practice. The message initially said 20 Euros, then it changed to 30 Euros, I don't know why. They demanded payment immediately but didn't send the code right away; we had to wait at the door when we arrived. Their attitude and messages were rude. It's not in a convenient location in terms of transportation. I wouldn't stay there again.

This is a B&B place. They were not giving breakfast. They should have a pantry for minor cooking, but it was not there. My request was for a double bed, but they have put two beds together, and it went up and down. The outer metal frame was bigger than the bed, and the possibility of you slipping in between was high; it was too difficult to get up and sit. The wash soap was leaking, and whenever you got into the shower, the feet were slipping. Until I found out the cause of slippery showers and reported it, nothing was done. (One day god saved me from falling. ). Most importantly, there was no attendant in the accommodation at any time, and if some help is required, no one will pick up the mobile phone calls. They want to charge you for everything. If your flight is late, you have to forfeit the room as they will go, and there will be no one to attend. I doubted that I would reach before 18:00 Hrs, so I had informed them. They charged me 20 Euros for leaving the key at the gate and sent me a message on how to get the key. I asked for a taxi to go to Airport in the night, and the B&B wanted to charge me a premium cost plus a night's fee. No one charges the night fee except Mark & Laura Nothing was good. I was forced to use the pull-over with stains, dirt, etc. Will not recommend this for anyone. It is not worth 50 per cent of the money we paid.

I chose this property because it was a good value for money and It looked good. It is close to the center of Rome. The staff were friendly and generous. Coffee machine did not exist although it was on the list.

If you are looking for a place near Vatican then the location is fine. It was very easy to access apartment by bus. There is a nice cafe for breakfast right in the corner. It was nice that we got early check in opportunity, luggage was also kept after our check out.. Overall, it was good that we luckily found thia apartment after previous one was cancwlled, but we expectrf better conditions. I would suggest host to check apartment carefully and replace some items, renovate appliances (mini fridge was very noisy,, hair drier works only a minute, toilet flushes are followed by water leak sounds, no facilities to keep clothes, only hangers.)
