Good location, with a shopping mall and several restaurants within walking distance. The beds were comfortable. We returned to our room late and did not want to disturb the staff at that hour, but we found it unacceptable that the toilet was not functioning properly. When one of our children used it, the water level rose almost to the seat and remained there instead of draining, making the toilet unusable. There was also quite a bit of noise during the night. Traffic from the street could be heard, and several guests repeatedly walked through the hallways on their way to the shared bathrooms (some rooms have external bathroom facilities). The constant movement, door slamming, and hallway noise were disruptive and affected the overall experience.

Konumu ve temizliği. I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. However, I would like to share a small concern regarding my check-out experience. Our check-out time was 10:30, and while we were preparing to leave with two children, someone from the staff knocked quite firmly on our door around 10:20, which felt a bit rushed and uncomfortable. We checked out at 10:45, just a few minutes later. I completely understand the need to follow check-out schedules, but a more polite reminder or a brief phone call would have been more appropriate. I wanted to share this feedback with you in hopes it helps improve the guest experience for future families.

Clean, kitchen was well equipped, shame you can’t use the stove. I ordered a big double bed (for my mom) and a bunked bed for my brother and me, and the approved my request, when I arrived, the told me that when they saw that we were 3 people, they changed the configuration of the room, without letting me know, and all they said is that it was the hotel’s policy. It was really disappointing.
