Quiet. Near the train and bus station. None

The Air-conditioning did not work properly

Comfortable and quiet room 100 metres from metro Baldo degli Ubaldi. We were greeted by Alice although we arrived at night. Correspondence was easy through whatsapp. We even were able to leave our baggage after check out. There is wonderful little Café Matilde just two blocks down that has tasty pastries for a very reasonable price. Typical Roman restaurants, an ice cream vendour and a supermarket are nearby. Everything is very authentic and not run over by tourists. The metro ride to St. Peter's and the Vatican is only 3 stations, city centre (Roma Termini) about 15 minutes. Public transport is very reasonable and effective. We will definitely return to Domus Raffaello when we return to Rome.

Alice was very nice. There was a horrible stench coming from the bathroom even when the place was clean. The lady did her job well but there is a bad smell from the bathroom that is not her fault that should be fixed because it is horrible. It makes it difficult to eat in the room.

Quite and clean There is no problem with the property but we’re not happy my friend’s cap was missing in the hotel

Great place to stay, near the metro and the owner was very helpful.

The facilities were comfortable and clean.The owners were very responsive. They provided coffee and tea. There is a coffee shop downstairs where you can have breakfast and a share terrace where you can drink your coffee once you leave your room. We had a great experience and we would recommend it. Thank you. The only downside was the shower that did not drain fast enough.

I loved the friendly welcome and gorgeous balcony. Superb location to metro.

The property was a in a great location very close to the metro so easy for tourists! Had everything you need for a short stay, the mini fridge was great. Our lock on our door was broken, our host was good at trying to help but it took a while to get fixed and we didn’t feel safe leaving our belongings when we couldn’t lock our room.

Nice and comfortable rooms with balcony and big shared terrace, near the metro, a few coffee shops, restaurants, and shops just around the accommodation. Room and bathroom very clean, coffee machine and coffee tablets including. For about 30 min from Vatican by walk. Communication with owners was great.

fair We arrived at the Hotel Domus Rafaello in Rome at night on May 24, 2024. Next day we went out and we returned at night. The room had been cleaned. .Early in the morning I checked my money and I realized that a bill of 100 dollars and 300 euros were missing from my wallet. Also, some fantasy bracelet's from my wife were lost.I contacted the manager and she told me after they checked the camera and no one had entered. It sounds like I made it up. She also said that the cleaner is an honest person. I didn't call the police because I only had 2 days and I would waste my time. Also, I asked a young local about the area were I rented and he told me that it was not a quiet area. Absolutely there is no guarantee with your belonging

Very convenient location to everything. Coffee shop right down stairs, grocery store right across the street and a great restaurant about 100 feet down from the door.

Location was very good, it was very clean,. The pillows aren't good and you only had one each, The shower was very small and the shower hose leaked, Run out hot water, No toilet paper,

Fantastic staff (Barbara was super helpful and friendly, great location, everything you could need was available in the room. Good pizza place and cafe downstairs, a supermarkets across the street ans tube station few minutes walk.
