Staff were really nice and attentive. The breakfast had few options, but nothing that would interfere in the overall of my stay.

Kind and helpful staff. Clean and quiet place. Safe location. Near metro and vaticano, near airport shuttle. Limited shampoo and soap. Very basic breakfast. Not fruits. A little far from the main places in Rome, however metro works well.

The hotel had exceeded my expectations, the building itself was clean and excellent condition, elevators worked perfectly, breakfast amazing, 24/7 stuffs friendly and helpful, excellent location , Vatican near by and others amazing places to visit by walking, bus, metro or taxi. There is nothing negative about this hotel

All employees / Staff of this facility were exceptional in service. They were very helpful , approachable & friendly. It could have been better if there were fruits served at breakfast

Best value for money with bus station right at the door and walking distance to metro station and airport shuttle bus stop. Absolutely convenient. Room size is decent with bathroom. Breakfast is included in the room charge. Will definitely be back.

I stayed at San Juan de Ribera from noon on Tuesday, April 3rd, to the early morning of Saturday, April 5th. It was my first time visiting Europe. The hotel staff were very helpful and informative, assisting me with public transport routes and schedule information. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. When I was leaving the hotel, the staff kindly called a cab to take me to the airport. The breakfast was delicious. One of the highlights of my stay was how quiet the room was, allowing me to concentrate on my work and sleep peacefully. The hotel is conveniently located near Rome's historic center and Vatican City. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely stay there again.

Good location, close to public transport, safe area. The room is small but enough for a few nights. The rooms needs a bit of maintenance.

The hotel is about 3 min from the nearest metro station and you can get to the major tourist sites within 20 min. The room itself is clean and has basically what you need. Would be great if hair dryers and kettles were provided.

The staff were good and understanding. The breakfast is not even upto expectation, it was very very basic. Further, due to some blockage in the main water supply we were out of water for 16 hours. It was something that can happen, however when it happened the staff was not trained to manage the situation.

Very good location, super friendly and helpful staff. Nice silence for a good sleep. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was enough, could have been a bit wider selection. Room is rather simple, some carpet would make it more comfortable :) all in all a very good experience, thank you!
