had ac, and was very easy to get to the metro to get to the major places in rome, man working at desk was very nice and held our bags for a couple of hours after we checked out

Everything is close by. Excellent air condition and unbelievably host. This young made us feel at home. The WiFi could use some upgrade. It continually got disconnected.

Very polite young host Andrei who accommodated me twice when I needed an early breakfast, earlier than the time this accommodation normally offers breakfast. Close to the metro station, in a quiet neighborhood. For the price I paid I got good value. The breakfast should definitely be more varied. I know that a typical Italian breakfast is exclusively sweet, but the accommodation should also offer a salty breakfast (eggs, sausages), especially for international guests. and not just croissants and juices. My room was not properly cleaned, the table was dusty, and I found a long human hair on the pillow.

The building is conveniently located at a 5 mins-walk from the underground station "Baldo degli Ubaldi" (metro A), which takes you to Roma Termini in just 20 minutes. The room was minimal, but modern, and the bathroom was big. Friendly staff. The pressure of the shower in my room was not great. This is not a Bed&Breakfast, as there's no possibility of having breakfast there. However, there's an excellent café just opposite the building.

Really nice staff, answerd everything we questioned about, really helpful. The room was okay nothing luxurious, for what we paid i would give it 10/10, we had balcony in our room also. Breakfast was ok, they brought it to our room, wide variety of coffee drinks and some croissant, with fruit juice, basically coffee with some fresh pastry. At first we thought the room didn’t have hot water, but it turns out you have to let water in shower run for a couple of minutes and then you have hot water, but it is really annoying because some times the water flow is good, sometimes it’s bad, sometimes water is ether hot, ether cold. Of course you can have shower, but at the end of our trip it started getting annoying. I don’t know what the problem was, but i assume that the problem was that the building is residential. Besides water problems everything else was good!

The only thing we didn't like was the shower water pressure.

The service was really good as the host was very welcoming and had a warm stay. The location is perfect to the bus stop and metro.

The room was big enough for 3 people, with comfortable beds, big bathroom and a cozy terrace to take a beer and enjoy the weather. We were welcomed by Andrei who was all the time very nice and supportive. Definitely, I will stay here in my next visit to Rome. Nothing
