I likes the staff as they were always in touch with me since the booking till checkout and departure. Well, one should understand that this is not a typical hotel, it is kind of suites/air-bnb setting.

When we fly here again, we will definitely check the availability of rooms in this hotel

My stay was excellent. I received a really warm welcome from the host, and the place was conveniently located near the metro. I had no problems throughout my stay. It’s a great place to stay when visiting Rome, and as a solo traveller, it was one of my best experiences.

The check in girl was so helpful The bed is really bad! The room itself is very small. Guests in the next room were annoying. They say there's a free street car parking but you won't find an empty slot! I had to pay 35 euros to park it safely in neighboring parking lot.

I loved the room and area , the price and the closeness to public transport Because it’s not a hotel staff isn’t around at night and that made me feel a little unsafe but overall I was ok . Just had one very loud neighbor

We recently spent eight wonderful nights at this hotel in Rome, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable and impeccably clean, and the balcony provided a peaceful spot to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at a nearby café, which was just a short, convenient walk from the hotel. What stood out most was the hotel’s staff: warm, attentive, and always available to help. Whether we needed restaurant recommendations, assistance with reservations, or tips for exploring the city’s historic landmarks, they were eager to support us. The hotel’s location is perfect for both business travelers and tourists, as it offers easy access to key attractions while remaining a reliable base for planning day trips. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome—whether for work, leisure, or a bit of both. The only drawback was that the hotel is a bit far from the metro station. However, we could always ask the nearby café staff to call a taxi for us; the fares were reasonable and the ride was very convenient.

It was clean, I only had one interaction with Emanuel when I checked in, but the room was okay, the shower was not great though. It's close enough to walk to all of the good sites if you're fit enough. I managed to plan my routes to walk everywhere. Its about 5km route which was lovely.

The owner is very kind and at disposal all the time. They cleaned room every day, changed towels every second day. The location is good, near bus and metro station. It was a good value for the money and comfortable for me as a solo-traveller. Sound insulation was poor and you can hear other guests every single word. It would be good to provide a glass/mug in the room.

Very friendly staff. The building is nice and the rooms have a nice style with everything you need. The shower was great! It's 20-30min from the airport with a special bus (cheaper and faster than taking the train). It's located at a residential area, so it was an interesting and nice experience.

it was located right next to a bus station so getting to and from there was very easy i liked everything! perfect for a solo traveler
