Modern. Window shutters are nice. Shower doors don’t close properly. Walls are thin, other room conversations are audible. Air conditioning did not cool down room. Shower handle was getting stuck.

Good place yo staycation

It was very close to the vaticano city Not one at the reception and to give us the direction about the rooms after that we pay we got a note that we have to paid 56.00 euros for cleaning and not one clean ours room and we reserve 4 rooms that was a scam because they ask for tourist tax cash that was a overcharge

The location is good, close to a bus station but not to the metro. It is hard to contact the staff. They use whatsapp but they don’t reply immediately. It takes time to get a response.
-
The best thing about this place is the location and the easy access to downtown by Bus. Bus station is just in front of the building.

The space and the design itself

It was great Safety and cleanliness

Location ok. Did not feel like a hotel stay. The balconies are blocked by the backside of a large billboard. Location 10-15 mins away from Vatican city but far away from Coliseum. Balcony

I didn't know that the hotel is one flat out of a multi story building, they just remodeled the place and made it into individual rooms,in my 4 day stay I didn't see any of the staff, fresh towels are 5 euro per person if you need extra, when I had a complaint about the noisy neighbors I texted the number that send me the check in instructions but go no response, over all it was a very bad experience, also the renovations on the outside of the building didn't help the situation, I demand a full refund

Proximity to tourists sites. Noisy, paper thin walls of neighbouring rooms. Shared kitchen facilities had limited cutlery and crockery.

It was kind of weird.

The staff female receptionist (Emanuela) was very impolite, the walls were very thin, we had the bad luck of having also noisy neighbors it was hard to get a decent rest here. Don't bother calling the staff for any problem because they WON'T ANSWER. When we had to leave very early in the morning we checked out by just leaving because there was none of the staff responding to our calls. STAY AWAY.

Overall great, this isn't a hotel, more like self-contained flats with shared kitchen, which was perfect for us. Room and bathroom we're clean, coffee machine in the room with coffee pods provided. 20 mins walk to Vatican and bus stop outside with easy access to both airports. Kettle in shared kitchen didn't seem to work, this wasn't a massive problem as we each room had a coffee machine. Shower had two heads, one overhead one and one lower. The overhead one wasn't great I guess due to water pressure.
