booked a hotel on booking.com, when checking in the hotel did not find this reservation. called Booking support, they said that they would return the money and cancel the reservation. Yana communication with support and the hotel wasted 4 hours of rest, we paid for the room at the hotel again. In the end, the money was not returned!

Breakfast was not worth the money., and we had some difficulties when checking in. The ad is not clear, but it is a room with a private bathroom, in a shared what you can call an apartment, it was very quiet and safe, but we didn't find anyone to open the door for us, the instructions were not clear at all, we panicked for a bit but then they answered our calls and all was sorted out.

The view is picturesque. You can see the park from the window. Nice coffeemaker, the room is clean with clean towels. Polite staff. Difficult check in. Breakfast- croissants and coffee only! The streets around the building with lots of trash.

The room was big and clean, the view from the balcony is amazing and full of trees. The location is excellent! Full of cafes, restaurants, public transport, supermarkets and everything you need to enjoy Rome. The hosts are very good people, and were available to me for any questions I needed. Great room and great area!

Nothing The person, that you are in contact with for the property ist very rude. He/She sometimes replies in Italien, even though I said, that I don’t unterstand it. Property was not clean and very old. I don’t recommend it, please find something else and don’t waste your money with this.

Nothing to like in this apartment, the customer server are really liars and inappropriate. The owner is a big liar and the apartment was really dirty. 1- I couldn’t stay even one hour in my room (my family booked as well a second room) and we all left after one hour wasting the money we already paid for a almost a full week booking from 29 June to 3 July 2- rooms were not clean or neat and all bed sheet and towels were super old and not clean 3- photos on bookings are so fake and do not represent any of the reality 4- the rating is a complete scam as no way this j hotel is capable of scoring such 5- unprofessionalism of the reception team & rudeness of the owner as we tried to explain to him that we are not willing to stay with our kids in his premises due to uncleanliness and fake representation and that we are leaving his hotel to another one However he didn’t care wasting our money through bookings.com and didn’t even suggest a compensation As we are pretty sure he booked the rooms to other people and made double profit 6- Sewage smell in the bedrooms was two obvious plus a public bathroom was stuck to the door of one of our bedrooms 7- no bad reviews were shown however today while we were putting ours many were listed with the same problems we faced This is complete scam and will keep putting bad reviews until we don’t see this hotel on booking.com 8- there is no privacy at all and main entrance and rooms really annoying and u feel discomfort from the first moment you come across 9- all photos shown are fake and we had the most horrible feeling when we went in stayed for one hour booked another and left the rooms with no regret Only it is a waste of our money and didn’t expect especially through a trustworthy website booking.com 10- just check out findings in our rooms horrible and Fake to the maximum

Well-epuipped, clean room. Perfect online assistance from staff Bed was way too soft, not comfy at all. AC would have worked cooler. Other than that was all fine.
