Nothing. How this Hotel has a 4 star rating is beyond me , the inspector must have had his eyes shut . This Hotel needs a complete makeover , pool is in a poor condition , breakfast was very poor , however the restaurant was set out very nice and the food was of good quality. I heard other guests complain about the condition of the hotel , This hotel should not be a 4 star rating , The photos do not show the reality.

Not too far from the tourist area. Not clean. Showers were old and dirty. Water would leak everywhere. Service was slow and often non existent. Very stuffy and warm in common areas. Elevators can only fit two people and one luggage at a time.

Hotel rooms were small but no surprise. Interesting location so set back from the street. Pool hours were limited while we were there which was too bad - looked so good in the heat!! Very peaceful with a great view of the Vatican from the rooftop. Rooftop bar was great! Surrounding flowers perfumed the air!!! My daughter figured out how to take a bus from Viktor Emmanuel monument - one bus!

The room was cute! The air in the room would come on for a few minutes and go back off for hours. Very uncomfortable sleeping situation being hot all night. I thought the terrace was walled off for privacy instead its like a big connected porch with every room being able to see everyone else's. My patio door would not latch properly so anyone from another room could have accessed my room by just pushing the door open.

The hotel was nice and had a nice pool to relax in the heat of the day. They had a pretty basic looking rooftop and very large. The front desk girls were a little rude to me and I had a difficult time even getting ice. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. The restaurant in the evening was also very nice. It was pretty far from the Vatican and all the sites requiring us to take buses everywhere.

Breakfast is good The location, no control air conditioning in room, have to control by front desk. Bathtub water leaking to the floor.

A/c in room didn't work - kept shutting off- sewer smell but it could've just been how the sewers in Italy work -

الاثاث يعتبر قديم نسبيا الفطور ليس بمستوى فنادق 4 نجوم التعامل مع العاملين في الاستقبال لم يكونوا متعاونين بشكل كافي

The terrace is amazing and very near to the Vatican

Location and breakfast Rooms were outdated and needed new furniture. Patio did not have a privacy divider. Room temperature was controlled by the front desk.

Room was spacious Very rude staff

Room: booked a twin room but given a double. Had to request a change of room. Breakfast: good variety and service Pool: good. Bought an Aperol here @ 12 euro was the most expensive we had paid travelling in Italy. Restaurant: long delay in receiving meals . One meal had to be returned as too salty. Received complimentary desserts which was appreciated. Location: a long walk to the MRT and nothing much to see around the area. See above

Very clean and comfortable. It was a little farther from city center than we thought.

The staff was really nice and supporting, the pool was a nice amenity to have. The sounds proof of the rooms was really low, you could hear the bar music as well as any sounds coming from neighbors. The bathtub handles where coming off the wall with a large gap between the handle and the wall that was filled with foam.

Almost 1hr to downtown via public transit isn't great but it's manageable. Two of my outlets didn't work.

A little farther away from metro than I would have liked but that's my fault for booking last minute. Also had a LARGE school-aged childrens group that was not well chaperoned check in on our last night. A lot of running down hallways and slamming doors, being loud. That's not the hotel's fault but the adults who were to supervise. Maybe in the future have a clause to have 12 students per 1 adult required for large groups of feral children.

The location was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It is very old and definitely needs some upgrade. I was supposed to be in a handicap room, but the tub was so high I could not get in it!!!

Tucked away with a nice breakfast No AC in rooms! Room was hot when first arrived had to sleep with the door open. Because there was no windows and no screens

Otel ümumilikdə yaxşı idi. Vatikan’a çox yaxın olması böyük üstünlük idi. Otaq soyuq idi, isitmək üçün heç nə yox idi. Həmçinin lokasiya şəhərə bir az uzaq idi.
