The aircon needs to be renewed! That is not sufficient anymore.

I noted that in all bathtubs in the rooms which I saw there were wholes and no mastic to cover the wholes, also if u look at the room number u will damages on the bathroom ceiling because of humidity. As well some wall paper was go out . A hotel must to be done. Finally the water pressure in the bathroom is so slow

The Welcome drinks is a heartwarming arrangement. After you walk for a long way under the strong sunshine in Rome, the welcome drinks gave you an refreshing feeling. The breakfast is really good. Many choices of food and drinks, especially like the tea making. Not just tea bags, also with loose tea leaves choices. That's fantastic! The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The floor of the room is not thoroughly cleaned and the bottled water inside the room is not refill everyday.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quite. The hotel is also very nice with a great facilities from the pool to the restaurants and patio seating options Being out of the city helped with it being quite and more affordable, so it was a trade off for needing a taxi everytime we wanted to go into the heart of Rome. The rooms did get a bit warm at night as the A/C had a lower limit that was warmer than I prefer to sleep.

Loved the pool and quiet location. The air conditioning did not work and the staff did not try to fix the issue. A maintenance employee was sent to look at the unit but had no solution to fix it or make it cool. The front desk staff said that the air conditioning is turned off by management daily at 6pm for the whole night and that there was no recourse otherwise.

We had a very pleasant stay at NH Roma Villa Carpegna. The hotel is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and attentive staff. The room was quiet and well-maintained, ideal for a few days in Rome. The location is peaceful, a bit outside the main tourist area, but still convenient with easy access to public transportation and taxis. Overall, great service and good value for the comfort offered The location is a bit far from the main attractions, so you need transport to reach most places

Air conditioner did not cool. Maintenance man came to room and turned it off. Fortunately the window opened and it was cool outside
