Owner of the B&B turns the power off; the worse experience. You CANNOT charge your phone, the AC system goes off, the TV goes off, you cannot use the hairdryer and nothing in the kitchen works, therefore you cannot make coffee or toast bread.

Location was best of all things. The value for money is not good at all. We requested for an hour early checkin but we were told the check in would be late by 2 hours since they had some problem with cleaning services. We dropped the bags around 2pm and left for site seeing. When we returned, the main entrance key didn't work. We were stuck outside. Luckily someone came out of the building and we were able to get in. Next morning we found out the bathroom and bidet were blocked. We managed somehow, and while leaving, we asked the.cleaning guy to put some liquid to clear the choking of the water outlets. It was not done when we came back. The breakfast was bad. It was no breakfast just some packed snacks from super market.

The room was beautiful, breakfast was available all the time. Super easy to pay and check out

Great location, plenty of restaurants and places to hang out, even late at night with a 24hour bar very nearby, included breakfast is a great plus, and the spacious balcony was awesome. The room itself was comfy, the shower cabin was great! The hosts were very kind, friendly and hospitable as well! The only thing that wasn't at its best, at least in my room, was the conditioner positioning. It was right in front/above dhe bed, which made it blow air directly at you if you were laying down. Nothing grave here though, you can just adjust the angle and make it better. Had an overall great stay.

location is nice. You can reach places to visit at the ZTL border and with a single bus. There is no breakfast time, it can be eaten at any time. There is no refrigerator in the room. There was no drinking water. breakfast was inadequate.

They allowed us to come early and drop our luggage. I thought to facility was clean and nice. Was definitely pretty close to Vatican as long as you're good with walking :-) there is a sweet outdoor patio area with an awning. Other apartments look over it but that wasn't a big deal to us. Nice to have an outdoor space! There is an elevator but it is tiny! Basically put in your luggage and then run up the stairs to pick up your luggage :-) we laughed so hard when we tried to all fit in like a game of sardines and then couldn't get the door open to exit without playing Tetris. There was a person there at the b&b when we arrived but once we had checked in we never saw another person affiliated with the b&b. No idea who to call or ask questions or directions. They were not responsive on email or phone. We had lost baggage that needed to be delivered and had a really difficult time figuring out how to get it because no one was there except occasionally some guy at the main front entrance. It's not well advertised where it is. It's basically an apartment inside in office building. Was quite confusing even for our taxi driver. The breakfast was ho-hum with basically bread and coffee. I think there was some yogurt but the tiny fridge could hold other rooms food as well so I was afraid to eat anything out of it :-) the tram line was semi-close but the roads are super confusing to navigate initially so really good to download an offline Rome map. Saved our bacon a couple of times!

The central location and good value for money. The variety for breakfast could be a little better. We had a problem with the toilet flusher while we were there but was resolved quickly.
