Heart of Rome Rooms

Horrible experience. Dusty bed full of bed bugs, dusty air conditioner. Basic items like shampoo and water glass were not provided. For the price of ~100 euro per night this is a robbery. When I've checked out earlier and asked for a partial refund for the remaining nights, the owner refused to return the money.

Well located. Main street, but quiet with soundproof windows and door.

Very good location, very close to bus stations with access to city center, 10 minutes from Metro Rooms were good, nicely equipped with all necessary equipment Breakfast relatively basic, but OK for this price. The only thing is that you need to wait for refill quite long in case there are more guests at the same time

Great please within 20 minutes walk from Vatican. Friendly staff and delicious breakfasts.

The room was clean enough and the bed comfortable. Our room was totally different than the one presented in the photos! Worst thing is when I went to the check-in desk (also nothing to do with the photos), the one who was working that day said that it's only one room like in the photos and it's taken already. When I asked him why aren't they uploading precise photos of each room he gave a silly reply that they can't upload photos of each room. Very bad presentation. PS. We booked at *Heart of Rome Rooms* and got a room in *Love of Rome Rooms*, which are in the same building.

It was nice and staff was extremely helpful. Giving us knowledge and guidance on how to go about our upcoming event next year. very good valuable information that we did not have to pay for. We hope to come back soon. Uhhhhmm a few miscommunication here and there Language barrier , But maybe we will learn some Italian next time

Exceptional

Great location, few steps fm bus ,which takes you to Vatican or city centre in 15-30 min . Parking is available close by for €30/ day. Breakfast was very delicious, and all stuff was super friendly. Terrace could be better furnished..

Breakfast was included in the tariff. Receptionist and waiter at restaurant were very polite and kind and supported us with all our requests. Receptionist explained the complete map to reach various attractions. Air conditioning at the room was helpful due to soaring temperature outside. Hotel is situated 2 Km from Vatican. Hence went by walk. Private car parking is not available. Free car parking is available below the hotel but I felt not safe, Hence parked car in private garage and they charged 20 Euros / night. Bathroom did not have lock. Outside the room there was cigarette smell everywhere.

Stayed as a group of 4 friends. Location for rooms was close to a metro stop so easy access to the rest of Rome. Room was lovely with really comfy beds and large bathroom. Host was very helpful as we were delayed getting into Rome and she stayed late so we could still check in. Breakfast was very good for the price lots of pastries and fruit. Would highly recommend. Nothing all was very good.

Bad

The location was pretty accessible by bus and close to subway (15 min walking distance). There are a few restaurants in the neighborhood, so it was easy to eat at night closer to the property. The room was equiped with a separate bed for our daughter, which made it convenient. We had a late checkin (9.30 PM, for which we needed to pay extra) and although we were informed to let them know with 30 min before arriving, so they can be there (which we did), we had to wait for more than 15 min for someone to come and give us the key.
