Everything was good, I was there only one day, but I was satisfied!

It was close to shopping center and central to trains and bus stations which is convenient I found it hard to unlock the front door. Couldn’t really feel the heating system and window was cold. The shower was bad the water would go out into the floor meaning everything was wet.

I'd give 11/10 if could. Extra point is for the owners who have been very kind and supportive!

Only the price is positive - very bad insulation !!! (inexistent) - loud neibourgh - no instructions to enter - stuck outside for 30min - smelly bed sheets - doesn’t look like the pictures

it was clean and the city center was easy to reach by local train We had no hot water. We informed the staff and she told us the owner will come and fix. But it never got fixed so we ended up showering cold. Not even an sorry for the inconveniences. Also the staff don't speak english, which makes communication harder.

Simple accomodations I did not have hot water my entire stay. I notified the staff on day one and day two. They sent someone on day one but the problem was not fixed. When I alerted them on day two they didn't even respond. In fact they didn't respond until I was well on my way to the airport on day 3 and after 2 nights without a hot shower. I'm an avid traveler and my son attends school in Rome so they could have gained a frequent customer but I am extremely disappointed.

Try to avoid !!! We had no hot water for 5 days (october) , and the building is quite old. Estefany the host was nice but she had to show us tricks on how to have hot water, which lasted for 1 minute. The bed was comfy, but stains on the bed sheet. The good point was that we could ask for a transfer to the airport, which was a good experience and fare rates. Generally, the hot water is the biggest problem with the place, not sure if this is happening always, but for us, they were not able to fix it in 5 days. But showing us the tricks and how to make hot water process seemed that it was explained to others many times. I had the feeling that we were not the first guest who had problem with hot water.

Worst experience ever! Worst experience ever. The lady in charge of the facility was not available to make the payment, we guaranteed with out cc over booking but she instisted to wait her until 10am until she arrives to make the payment with very rude manners. Then we got in touch with the owner who realized we had no information on the need to wait for someone to show up and make the payment. We called multiple times to arrange it but noone picsup the phone instead they text you via whatsapp constantly no matter its late nigt (they texted us even at midnight). Then they proposed to make the payment via link and we said we have already reserved via booking and since there is noone in facility to make the payment they should use the cc we used on booking to facilitate the payment. It seems like they wanted to charge us regardless booking reservation and we explained we do not want to be charged twice instead since there is noone in the facility we advised them to use the booking cc information. At the end they did so, but it took us couple of hours to communicate with them and they were unable to send anyone to the facility to utilize the payment. Avoid by any means.

The apartment was good, clean, usually in Italy it´s hard to find an accommodation which is exactly as described on the website and that´s worth the money, this one was. Metro was nearby, only 5 min walking distance and one can take it directly to Termini central station (approximately 30min), also 5min away is a supermarket Eurospin, which was very convenient for us. The room is small, but enough to spend the night. first floor makes it safe and in general the neighborhood was good. There´s a mini fridge in the room, bathroom was okay, clean, but a bit old and rusty. Overall average accommodation, not too expensive. There was also a share kitchen with two other flats/rooms that share the same hallway. It was really hard to communicate with the lady, check in was a bit tricky, while trying to call her, she hung up the call on me (due to the lack of basic english language knowledge) and started chatting on whatsapp (with poorly translated english), eventually we managed to get in the flat with lots of patience. the door was opened for us by remote and we got in the flat and took our room keys. on the check out, you should take care not to leave the keys in the box because the main garden door might be locked and then you cannot get out. check first if it´s unlocked and go upstairs to leave the keys. We were asked what´s the most convenient time for us to pay the accommodation, we arranged day and time, and in the end the lady just knocked on the door in the evening the day before asking to pay. communication was not so easy.

Air conditioning, dark out blinds, it was clean Staff could not speak English, they used mix of Italian with Spanish, because of that communication was hard. When we arrived we didn’t know where to go and what floor. The bed made a lot of noise. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. The location is a little far from the city center. The air conditioning is loud at night. You have to pay for a lot of "mistakes" such as key replacement if lost is 100€, late check in, not bringing baby changing mattress, and more.
