Good ☕️ maker. Close to metro and Vatican. We were provided with eggs, bread, milk, and juice for breakfast. And something for dessert,? ?

We Like the location and also the behavior of the owner.

I like cofee machine, bidet, location near to metro, kitchen. Realy not bad :) Breakfast was only pro forma = I chose the accommodation based on the fact that breakfast was present. However, I only got a cheap filler of that word :D let's say more like a snack. definitely not breakfast. The second criterion for choosing accommodation was two beds. The big problem is the extra charge for bed in doublebed room, which is understandable, but again I chose the accommodation based on the text: “Large Double or Twin Room” and when I chose a Twin room, the host charged me an extra charge for each night.

The owner was helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. One day, they removed our food from the fridge, by mistake. They returned the similar food next day, but it was an inconvenience.

The hotel vs price relation is great, the location is near to the metro station, near to the public bus and also the bus to the airport (bus Shuttle), the connectivity is very good. Very close to the hotel are small markets, good restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The hotel has a shared kitchen and you can have some shared things like cold juices, eggs, coffee, etc. The place is very safe. People are very kind. In my opinion, the breakfast can be improved, the bread comes in individual plastics bags and I'm used to eat fresh bread, however, I walk 1 minute to the minimarket and I could buy fresh bread and other things and the kitchen has everything else you may need.

Perfect location near the bus and metro station and 200 meters from a direct bus to/from Fiumicino airport. Supermarkets, restaurants very close. The common area was convenient with kitchen, fridge, coffee machine and drinkable water. Big clean comfortable rooms. Going to visit again!

Breakfast is simple but satisfying. Very hospitable. They gave us the route from the airport to the hotel and gave us constant recommendations. I liked everything

Romano was an excellent host, always available. Communication was excellent. The apartment's location is good, as there is a metro station nearby (metro line A), so we could quicky be at the city center.

It was spacious. Decor was nice Appeared clean People weren't there to greet us when we arrived. In addition, there were no instructions how to enter the building, to get out of the heat. The establishment's advertising sign was very small and there were no direction to find the entry. We wondered a bit till we had to ask for help. Luckily, found a gentleman who was very helpful. The host gentleman had no regard for current guests trying to sleep/rest, while meeting new guests who arrived later. He spoke very loud. It was hot, with no instructions how to operate the A&C. While determining how to use theair unit, accidently moved it from the walljust to find a hole in the wall which the air vent stuck through with no screen/cover to protect from bugs etc entering the room. If I would have known then what I know now I would have been better prepared and not so uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, good location (not far from the center), there are grocery stores and cafes nearby.

Tiziana was so welcoming and friendly....let us check in early. The place is clean and cosy. I liked everything...we will be back

It was a home feel mood. The host was very helpful. Shopping and restaurants nearby as well as easy transport to the Vatican area. -

Nice area and cleanliness.. Lady was very helpful and replied immediately to all questions. Nice Area and good restaurants nearby and also there is a stop for the Bus to Fiumicino airport Shower too small. No breakfast available. Towels need to be replaced. Windows to be double sided...
