The staff was amazing! He explained how to get into the building, the room, how to use the shower. Gave good recommendations to restaurants (I do recommend the restaurant downstairs)

The surrounding area can feel a bit dark and somewhat unkempt, so we made sure to stay vigilant when arriving at night. However, it's reassuring to know that there are police stationed nearby. On the ground floor, there's a restaurant, which is convenient but can get busy, even late at night. Thankfully, this didn’t bother us as we were usually too exhausted from sightseeing. There is no elevator, but the rooms are located on the first floor. It would be a nice touch to have hot water available for coffee or tea, as well as a microwave, since there's no kitchenware provided. While we didn’t ask the owners about this, I’m sure they’d offer helpful recommendations or assistance if needed.

Antonio, thank you very much for the warm welcome. He helped us get from the airport to the hotel, telling us how to get there, and met us. The room is very comfortable, there is air conditioning and a large TV. There is also a large, clean bed, it was very comfortable to sleep! Clean, close to the metro/bus stop to get to the center. The apartment faces a noisy street, but the room has good windows and you can’t hear cars, we slept peacefully. I recommend it! a little far from the historical center, but in general there are stops everywhere and you can get there

A place with easy accessible metro and bus stops to cover Rome. Perfect location with dinner and breakfast spots just at a stones throw distance. It was all goood !

Luca was great, taking the time to use a translating app to make sure we were communicating effectively. Also making sure we understood how to work the air conditioner and keys. Wonderful experience. A sharp knife to cut the slami would have been nice.

The room was nice, spacious enough, warm, and close to the metro station. It is 15 min (6-7 stops) by metro to Roma Termini. The staff is nice and welcoming. A nice crib for our child was provided free of charge. Nothing in particular. There is no lift but the rooms are located on the first floor of the building so it is fine.

Location is awesome and very clean too No luggage storage

Not really much, pictures are very deceiving as it should not be advertised as a “suite”. The owner asked me for extra CASH money for a private parking even if the price of it it’s not advertised at all, asked €60 CASH (without giving me any invoice or receipt of it)for 3 days for an uncomfortable parking saying that it was the cost for “ROAD TAX”. Very dodgy, he asked me to give it to him in cash as he clearly did not want a c.c.payment for it as not justification for it as it was a PRIVATE PARKING.

Room and bath was everything you need and more. The hosts didn't skimp on anything, especially electrical. Radio in shower (although I couldn't figure out how to use it LOL), 3 types of overhead lights (including a pretty cool "chandelier"), bedside lights that turn on with just a touch, blue nightlight in bathroom, excellent wifi, electric locks, and no-noise fridge. I was greeted and provided with a generous introduction by Lucca, one of the brothers. Requested and received a kettle for my room. Super close to Metro, although upon arrival by Metro, be sure to go out correct exit so you're closer to the hotel (can't remember which one it was tho). Location was good, because I wanted to be close to the Shuttle Bus to the airport for an early flight on my last day. However, neighborhood was a little gritty (but hey, Rome is a big city) -- and it did have a choice of restaurants. It was one flight of stairs up (no elevator), but Lucca helped with my bag. Room got decent light, but the view wasn't great.
