Breakfast was with a coupon for the Bar/Cafe next door, and was coffee and a pastry, a typical Rome breakfast. It was free. The coffee and pastry were very good. The kitchen was off the hall outside the room and was well equipped, even though not a full kitchen (no stove, for instance) but had a large refrigerator. The room did not have a "view" but this was not a problem for us as we just use our room for sleeping when we're not sightseeing. The tv got only Italian channels, so wasn't usable for us, but the wifi worked well and we used our ipad for checking the news. The owner was always immediately accessible via WhatsApp and was quick to respond. The climate control for the apartment worked very well. The shower was good. The bed was large and comfortable and four pillows were provided. I would definitely stay here again, as there are many amenities in the area and the Metro was very close by. Naturally we wish the Italian hotels and apartments would have smart tv with internet, but this is a rare thing and we don't expect it. We really can't complain about anything, as our stay was comfortable and safe.

Good location (well communicated with public transportation); all services nearby (pharmacy, grocery, restaurants,…); comfortable bed. Breakfast was not at all a big thing… coffee and one croissant (simple, without ham/cheese). For a B&B house the B for Breakfast can be highly improved. I mean… we were hungry 1hour later…

Mold in the bathroom, bathroom generally not cleaned or ventilated well, AC unit did not work, and apartment is not cleaned well.

The owner, Luca, was absolutely amazing. It was my first solo trip and he took time helping me get from the airport to the hotel and then provided me with some really useful information and a map of Rome. Hotel is a stone's throw from the metro which then only takes max 15 mins to get to the city centre so great location.

First of all Luca treated us excellently. very attentive, he left a map to guide us around Rome and several tips for restaurants near the accommodation. The accommodation has an excellent location, a very quiet place at night that allows us to rest and is opposite a metro station which allowed us to get anywhere quickly. the room was clean and comfortable. with TV and internet service. Additionally, there is a kitchen area with a refrigerator and coffee machine. breakfast was included and it also seemed good to us

The owner was very helpful and responsive and the room was clean and spacious. The location is extremely convenient to Rome Fiumicino (20 min by express bus) and the subway (station right on the block). The neighborhood is a little dull, but perfectly convenient and accessible with public transportation.

Perfect location: 0m to the metro station, and within 10 minutes' walk to take the shuttle bus to the airport, which then takes you to the airport within 30 minutes. Warm host with their nice recommendations of where to visit in Rome. Great experience.

Location great for Vatican (and other attractions). The room is neat and practical. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The place doesn't offer leave luggage and there's no facilities nearby, though I ended up visiting a museum and sorted that out. Room is on the snall side.

Luca the host was so helpful the location of the apartment was exactly near the metro station baldo degli ubaldi it was so comfy the bathroom was clean the towels were enough there is a coffee machine in the kitchen we asked for a breakfast, but they did not offer it's so small for a group of people PS. we were 4 there is only one mirror on the room which was behind my bed so we could not use, we kept on using the bathroom's mirror there was a closet in our room locked, for the owner, which was unprofessional since we rented the whole room not just one closet there is no extinction of the checkout time

Room was as described and met all expectations. Bed was big and comfortable, bathroom was great although the shower, for me at least (6'3" for 225lb) was a bit small, but working fine nonetheless. You have access to a balcony as well. This is a great place to stay if you're smart and know how to use public transportation. You're super close to Baldo degli Ubaldi metro station, which means that with one ticket ride you're in the center of Rome in less than 15 minutes, without the ruckus at night and in the morning and for way less. Will definitely stay again on my next visit.
