The A/C did not work properly

The location was great. It was very convenient to the near by metro station as well as convenient to some great dining choices. The inside restaurant was so convenient. I enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast choices that were complimentary. Dinner was great. It was a casual environment with the best wait staff. Prices were very affordable for the portions, and the food was a 10 out of 10. I would strongly recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone. 5 out of 5 stars. Also, the front desk staff was very fluent in English, which made it so much easier to address any concerns and throughout my check in and check out experiences. I am not sure if it is a country thing or what, but sometimes, the air conditioner would not kick in. I didn't mind to much because most of the nights I slept with doors open. Noise was not out of control and the nice breeze of Italy's night life felt great filling the atmosphere of my room.

Beautiful facility Pool party 1st night was extremely loud. Had to wait in line for check in 1/2 hour. Room cleaner broke an expensive bottle of Grappo in our room. No apology. Bed was very hard.

Super big and good. May need to have the carpet replace but other than that is a great value for what you get Parking if your lucky you find in the same hotel If your not lucky there’s a huge parking lot across the street but very scary, no one there, very dirty and really scary Carpet really dated

Very spacious room, great restaurant for dinner and pool bar for lunch, beautiful pool area, very friendly staff everywhere. A little too far away from central Rome.

The staff is great. All around, a wonderful team The breakfast is ok. Better than some. The caffe bar is nice. Convention area is perfect for larger gathering (1000+) and breakout sessions. Hotel is normal for large tour groups as busses accumulate daily. It is fine as an easy entry and exit location, but it is not near anything really. 15 min ride to Vatican, etc. Further for others. The rooms and such need refurbishment. The carpet is old and most chairs need new upholstery. Bath could be modified also. Balconies are lovely though.

The rooms were a decent size and clean. The restaurant food was terrible. If you ordered room service there was a 15 euro charge on top of the food price. That was overpriced.

I like the pool area. Lots of trees and birds! The breakfast, cleanliness and staff

The shower in our room was not working and requested for maintenance to have it repaired. As we were going to the city, we requested the person in the reception to hae repaired it while we were away. After returning in the evening, asked the same person about the shower, he was rude and asked me to check it myself and let them know if it was still not done, which i had to go to the room and come back to the reception to tell him, that the problem was not sorted out. Finally around 9.15 pm it was repaired.

Air conditioning did work. Pool wasn’t open yet. Carpet was very stained but the room was clean at least!

What I liked most about the property was the facility itself — it is very spacious and well designed there are several areas that need improvement. For example, the furniture has a very outdated design and appears to be quite old and rooms not provided by cattle or any thing except tv. In addition, the Wi-Fi signal did not properly reach my room, which was inconvenient. Another issue was that the snack vending machines only accepted coins and did not support cash bills or Visa/card payments, which was quite inconvenient. Finally, I noticed that the property does not have a main gate and remains fully open 24 hours a day without visible security or guards. Even though the area seems safe, this still does not provide a comfortable or secure feeling in case of any emergency or unexpected situation.

Room is big Misleading advertising. In my case, I booked this place to have a good rest away from the center. When I arrived, I noticed large groups of people coming and going. It was very annoying to have to wait for an elevator. The pool was empty, and the breakfast was very poor. I wouldn't return.

No AC in bedroom n had to keep the patio door open part of night to get cooler air.

The facility handled a large group. I was glad to have made arrangements to have avoided the rushes of checking in and checking out. Planning for a large group.

Size of the room was great as was the pool

Nice property, suited for large events or professional, travel tour companies Bed was a bit much on the firm side. Would have liked more power and Internet outlets closer to the bed.

Nothing, the hotel was 4-star rated, but my room had not been renovated, approximately, since the 1980s, with holes in the carpet, mold in the bathroom, and no refrigerator in the room. The walls were dirty; it was such a disappointment. Everything, the hotel was 4-star rated, but my room had not been renovated since the 1980s, with holes in the carpet, mold in the bathroom, and no refrigerator in the room. The walls were dirty; it was such a disappointment. Breakfast had very small options for a warm meal, only a lot of cakes ( as I don't eat sweets), so it was not an option for me.
