The food at the bar. They offered only 8 dishes, one toast with cheese and ham was not available. The we ordered they forgot about it and served me a burnt panini of which I could only eat the non burnt half.

Located in a quiet area that was an easy bus or taxi ride. The staff were terrific and helped us immensely with info and directions. The facility was very nice and the breakfast was a huge buffet. They provided us with a bagged breakfast when we learned it would not be open in time one a.m. I would not hesitate to stay there again! A full-service restaurant for lunch and dinner would be a plus but we enjoyed cocktails and pizza at the bar. Loved that the cruise line picked us up here so it was very easy and economical.

Everything except the friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Need wash cloths and tissues in bathroom

It was convenient for our princess cruise pick up point. There weren’t many things to see nearby.

Quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff was wonderful. The elevator was too small.

The room was great, and the staff were great. nothing really

Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast

The room was large and with beautiful windows that opened up and let the nice cool air in. The breakfast was the same every day but you could tell when the cook changed. One day the eggs were amazing, the next they tasted like they were cooked with water instead of milk or butter. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bar tender was funny and joked around with us the whole time. The entrance to the hotel was a little confusing for most of our taxi drivers.

The room was neat and tidy and it was generally a modern style and of a good quality. No air conditioning. Or, it didn't work and they did nothing to fix it. Opening the windows was not a good option because the mosquitos then came in the room was worse than a hot room. The concierge behind the desk when we checked in did not seem to know very much, ie helping us with booking a shuttle to the airport etc. So, I think they "kind" of helped but could have been more helpful.

Location was good, most of the staff was nice. Hotel was clean. Beds extremely uncomfortable, the rooms are very small making it hard to manage with 2 suitcases. No microwave to use - when we asked one staff said we could use the one in the breakfast area. So we went to use it and the staff member in the breakfast area literally yelled at us for being an inconvenience to them. First time being yelled at by a staff at a hotel that’s for sure. So we ended up just throwing out all of our left overs. No ice available, AND our fridge stopped working. Breakfast was the same everyday, we were told on the weekends it was a full American breakfast and it wasn’t any different than any other day. Got very very boring after a couple of days. Pool is not heated so that was a major disappointment as that is the only reason I booked this hotel. Lastly, they overcharged us for the city tax. We paid the $70 the first night we got there and upon check out we were told we still owed for another night. Which we did not; as I checked our credit card statement. Overall, a pretty bad experience and we will not be back. Would not recommend.

I liked spacious rooms, quiet hotel, good breakfast the road when you go out from the hotel to walk, there is no enough space but it did not bother me a lot. Just that it could be more spacious place for walk. The temperature settings in my room didn't work well, but I didn't ask for help.

1. Bad layout of furniture in the room! 2. Poor aesthetics of all communal areas 3. Breakfast room of no view, semi- basement! 4. Poor bar service 5. Lack of a basic restaurant seevice Sorry, mistake, All as per above!

Clean and good hospitality

The room walls were too thin. I could hear my next door neighbors talking.

Staff, Cleanliness and Breakfast where great. Bed were comfy too. The property is a bit run down, it could use a refresh.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There were good vegan options available at breakfast. I’m not sure if we got the worst room because of our late check-in, but the overall condition was disappointing. The cleanliness was below average, and there was some mold in the room. It felt humid, the sink was blocked, and the shower was leaking. The window could only be opened by the maintenance staff. The breakfast selection was the same all three mornings, and the plates provided were quite small. It was also too expensive for the value. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

The facilities were clean. The staff was more than friendly helping us even though we do not know the language. The staff also referred us to a wonderful restaurant that we enjoyed on our first night here.
