Excellent Trinity Rooms

Very clean and in great location

I liked the size of the room, it felt very Italian!

Loved the location. Had the best shower ever. The host is rude and doesn’t care. If she doesn’t speak English she should have said so

Host Rosario custom makes breakfast every morning. And every day it’s a bit different. Fresh fruit cups. Coffee. Specialty meats and cheeses. Wow!! And best of all her charming personality

The suite was a good size and clean although covers in all furniture was old and didn’t seem clean. Our experience was bad because we arrived very tired from a day of traveling and when we were ready to shower there was No Hot Water!!! We couldn’t shower!!! We called the owner and she replied promptly only to advice us to let the water run so that hot water would come. We did as instructed only to get no Hot Water!! I requested at a mínimum a half rate deduction/refund as i had pre-paid the room but it has not been acknowleged yet. Only a Citi tax waiver was offered. ?? Not Recommeded! No hot Water available to shower

Very convenient to major attractions and taxis/ or buses. Nothing

The room, bathroom and location were excellent. The bed was comfortable. There were two stands for our luggage which most places did not have. This was very appreciated. Overall I had no problem getting an answer quickly from the staff. There was one instance where the response time was not good and it did impact our stay which is why I rated it a little lower. We had already checked-in, so the response time was important.

Property was in a good location, close to Trevi and Spanish steps and was easy walking distance to sites and restaurants we wanted to visit. It had a small but quaint elevator so no need to climb stairs unless you are looking to walk off some calories after a bowl of cacio e pepe. Rosa was a wonderful host, easy to reach, attentive, and prepared a wonderful breakfast each morning with eggs, fruit, bread, cheese, and if your timing is good you might be treated to some delicious homemade tiramisu. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Rome! I honestly can’t think of anything we didn’t like

The room was very clean and comfortable. The sign on the door way was facing the wrong side of the street too small . No direction in the building as to what floor the rooms were on . There was no one to greet us . We had to call several times to ask questions . This was our first time in Italy . It would have been nice to have fresh fruit in the kitchen area coffee and juices. We couldn’t get our fireplace to work either . The shower was also confusing we had no washcloths. A great stay other wise .

Rosaria was an absolutely wonderful host. The room was perfectly decorated and felt like a cozy little cottage oasis in the middle of a bustling city. Location was close to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps with lots of food a local shopping options My wife and I would definitely stay here again. A 10 experience for us!!

The room was spacious and lovely. We loved the location (7 min walk from Trevi Fountain) and felt like everything was easily accessible. It was also amazing to have an elevator! There was SO much noise outside at night.

Great location. The room was very clean - it had everything we needed. It could be clearer that the taxes and other costs should be paid in Euros and not via Card. incurred extra expenses having to get Euros.

Our host, Rosaría, was amazingly helpful with arranging a taxi and making us the most delicious full breakfast. The room was clean and spacious with premium bed linens on a comfortable king size bed. The room was on the 4th floor but accessed with a classic, quiet and efficient elevator. And perfectly located for us near the Borghese Park and Spanish Steps and plaza. The room Not a thing.

The room was beautiful and spacious and so clean and well kept. The proprietor was very sweet and helpful. The location is excellent. This is a wonderful place to stay.

The room was great. A wonderful cross between old and new. The operator was exceptional in her service and the breakfasts she made were delicious. We can't wait until our next stay coming up in a couple of days. The shower was a little challenging for the technology challenged. Too many buttons. We did eventually figure it out.

Fantastic location in Rome—just a 10-minute walk from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, with the metro station nearby for easy access to other parts of the city. The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our one-night stay. The elevator was a great convenience since the room is on the fourth floor. Overall, a well-maintained property in an ideal location, making it easy to enjoy the best of Rome even on a short visit.

Location, cleanliness, hospitality of host, divine breakfast, gorgeous interior. Hairdryer is a little weak, but not a big issue.
