After booking the hotel, we got an email sent 24 hours later that in case we check in after 5 PM we would need to go to another hotel that is 300 m from Hotel elite in order to check in and then go to your room in hotel elite. If you have a big luggage, it’s a hustle because it’s very hard to go up with a luggage and after that you have stairs, which makes it very uncomfortable. If I would know this in advance, I would’ve not booked the hotel.

Everything was perfect for me, the stuff is so friendly. we went early to the hotel and they let us do an early checking

Nothing Everything, they lied about the elevator, as we needed to go up the stairs for the first floor to take it and i have a back issue. It exists uphill and the rooms were very small, no breakfast and refused to give us a late checkout.

Reception was closed at late hours, had to go to Hotel White for check in. Receptionist couldn't speak very good English. He failed to give us the wifi password and there was no signal in the room. We had to find a spot to call him with Whatsapp, when again he failed to give us again the password. Complete miscommunication. The room was quite small, bathroom was tiny. Almost no view from the window. Bed mattress was uncomfortable.

The best location ever. Near to train station. Hotel had a back dore which takes you to downtown. Amazing garden Breakfast was not good

The fact that I had to go to hotel white to check in because my flight was late at night and I had a lot of bags and a child with me

The location was convenient Unfortunately, everything else about the hotel was disappointing. The rooms were outdated, the shower tiles were old and rusty, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly.

We loved it! It was very quiet at night and that’s a huge advantage :) friendly staff, perfect cleaning service, all necessary amenities.

I developed a bad allergy while staying there. We checked out on 17th of February and even today (23rd of Feb) my allergy in not gone. Everything was dusty.
