Location is perfect walk everywhere, room was super large, nice a/c and breakfast was perfect!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is in a great location, just an 8-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. The food was delicious and the rooms were exceptionally cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

Very thin walls, could hear guests next door easily or people in hallways slamming doors.

The location was perfect! We could get to pretty much anywhere, either walking or by taxi. The staff at the property went above and beyond to make out stay perfect, from getting our luggage to us, to the special cocktail perfectly prepared for me. They were outstanding and very kind. The bed was perfect! Really wished there was more signage about how to use items at the hotel, shower, ac as those were disappointing at first as it was frustrating to make them work.

They gave us detached room from main hotel building which was uncomfortable plus noisy.

I was actually surprised by the quadruple room size, I was expecting it to be a small, cramped room, but it was very spacious perfect for a family of 4. Huge bathroom, with stand-up shower, bathtub, dual sink and a bidet. Hotel was in perfect location walking distance to all main attractions in the city, Spanish steps 5 mins , Trevi fountain 7 mins Villa Borghese 10 mins , Piazza Del Popolo and Pantheon 15 mins, Piazza Navona & Altare Della Patria 18 mins and the Colosseo under 25 mins. Team was amazing, very helpful from the first 5 mins of entering the lobby. will definitely stay there in the future.

Great sized rooms and bathrooms. Beds very comfortable. So close to everything! Walked by Trevi Fountain almost daily and loved it

The location is great as we were able to get to walk around and easily get around. Location was 5 mins away from the Treve Fountain and 2 mins from the Spanish Steps. We dealt with no ac as they had a rule that AC could not be turned on until May which was not communicated until we arrived. We dealt with having cold water for 3 days as they had a boiler issue. They did not communication this information until I asked about it and was advised that it would be taken care of the next day yet we still had cold water for 3 days. The wifi was very spotty and they did not have an answer for that .

They really messed up the reservations and my son and I got messed up rooms, which they finally after a struggle provided him with what he paid for. But it shouldn’t of happened in the first place. It was very difficult to get them to do what they needed to do because they messed up. The staff was very unfriendly and uncooperative. Attitude of the staff and poor food really subpar food. I do not understand why it has a four star rating. It is so far from four star and I would give it maybe a one and a half.

We stayed in the new part of the hotel and it was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was close to the Spanish steps , so overall we enjoyed our stay Nothing

AC kept coming on while sleeping when we had turned off, lights came on middle of night, internet was hit or miss, sinks too big (no where for vanity toiletries), staff was uninformed of my double charge, kept saying I’ll get a refund soon but had to pay full price when I was already charged some??? When I asked for taxi in morning to go to Vatican, the lady seemed I was bothering her, :(

We were very lucky because we arrived 4 hours early, and they let us into our room right away! The ladies at the front desk were very helpful with our questions. The other workers were also very friendly whenever you needed something. Great place to stay at, and we would definitely recommend! Nothing

Only 1 elevator, too crowded at checkout time, had to descend with my big bags through the stairs.
