Breakfast was lovely… hot/cold choices as well with plenty of desserts ?? Location of hotel is good… but in 38 degree weather… something closer to trevi or the Colliseum would have been better. I found it warn in the lobby area and our AC in the room I feel could have been a bit more powerful… everything else was good ??

There was a contruction going on in the hotel too much noise, also 2 nights we stayed in a room where the air condition was not working properly. The staff changed oir room in the end but 2 nights was a hell.

Neighborhood was quite with a good coffee place around the corner. We don't mind walking or public transportation so it was close to everything we needed. Room was a little small but that is a city hotel for you.

The location was great. The hotel was very nice and the staff were fabulous! Our room was spacious with a nice bathroom. The only thing negative I have to say is that the bed wasn't very comfortable. The mattress was hard.

The location was great and the staff was courteous and helpful. I reserved five rooms and requested that they be close together as we had 6 teenagers They booked our rooms on two different floors. On the description for the hotel, it said that the rooms were air conditioned Our five rooms did not have working air conditioning. it was very hot and uncomfortable. No one had a good sleep!

The room was comfortable and the location excellent I missed having a tea kettle in the room. The shower was very small and the soap dispenser didn't work. For the price paid, breakfast should have been included.

The elevators were smalll and my Twitter bed was wear out. Needed to be changed. I gave the information and asked for them to change it but instead their turned the matress... for 3 nights/4 days.

Half the price of the Hotel family stayed at and ours had full size private balcony patio. Lovily view. Had a tea kettle in room! Gluten Free bakery: take a right out the door, take first right walk to corner turn right and it's on right!. Little grocery store and pharmacy is across street. Great people hope to return!!! Heater was out due to upgrade work being done on the HVAC. But they brought me a really cozy blanket which worked perfectly! Thank You!.

Only location Hotel claims to be a 4 star, but it’s barely 3. They need to check next door “Hotel Quirinale” to see how four star hotel looks like. I stayed there many times. Uncomfortable beds, old furniture and walls, dirty sticky floor in the bathroom, no coffee maker. Horrible isolation. No concierge to assist with a luggage. No welcoming faces at the check in desk. They cared only about payment. At least they could be honest with the amount of the starts.

The room was very basic and I think it was way too expensive for what we got. However, it has been quite a while since I was in Rome, so the price may be comparable to other hotels in the area. It was clean and comfortable.
