14 min from Termini by foot. Great that lady was there to welcome us (during working hours) Price at 105 euros was reasonable. Breakfast is self-serve (no eggs) but honestly complete, sufficient and very convenient. Good comfort, good bathroom. Safe in the room. All good.!

Great location. Good breakfast and kind staff. The AC worked great despite the heat wave which was a big relief. It was really good. The "lift" is unique (small European)

There was a decent amount of space and the location was great. The noise at night was a definite problem. There was trash pickup around 2 or 3:00 am both nights we were there. It was vey loud and went on for 10 minutes or so. Also the second night the power went out in the neighborhood about a half hour after the trash pickup and there was a siren that went off.

There was really nothing we didn’t like—everything was wonderful. If anything, we just wish we had stayed longer!

We liked everything. Apin is very nice and friendly. She welcomed us and gave a lot of useful information. We travel a lot for work and pleasure and this is one of the best places we have ever staid. A little treasure 10 minutes walk from Termini Station. Very convinient location. Higlhy reccomended.

The bed was very comfortable! The courtyard and the fact we could open windows was great! The 24 access to the fridge and dining area was also great! We could get snacks, water, toast, cold cuts all day long. The morning coffee was wonderful! Great location. We walked to everything but the Vatican! The elevator was bit small. But there’s not much you can do about. If you have a lot of luggage you could take 2 trips.

The extra slippers and room set up, water was free and just what we needed after walking to everything so close. There was a lot of road work.

The location of the property is nice just around 17 minutes walking from Roma Termini , the host is very welcoming and kind , the room is really clean big, the toilet is clean and wide too. There is also shared kitchen where you can find food for breakfast and coffee for free anytime you need it. There is a cafe and restaurant just next the property I do really enjoy my stay there I do recommend it so much All good and nice

The location is close to everything by foot, the host is very nice and helped in every request that we had. The breakfast room is always open and has everything that is needed to prepare a coffee or a snack. There wasn't really hot water in the shower or they were very limited.

Wonderful room and manager, she was exceptional and great location.

Great Location Just 10 mins walk from Termini station I was expecting that the breakfast is served, but it turned out you have to prepare it by yourself

Nice location in very city center. There is restaurant immediately out of the door. Around corner there is self service laundry. I was expecting more hotel like experience with distinct parking spot, eggs and bacon for breakfast, open reception.
