Location! Access the kitchen! The shower area is small for a big person. The water from the shower head was on and off, cold and very hot. The B&B should offer two options of pillow- low and high The room is very small. But I saw that they have much bigger room.

Room had everything we needed for a short stay. It was well decorated and was very comfortable. The bathroom could use some extra attention. For the most part it was clean but there was significant mould in the shower track. The shower pan was well cleaned it was only the track that was the issue.

Loved everything about it! The service was amazing and helped with modifications with luggage due to later flight. Close to all places we wanted to see. Walkable! AC wasn’t working but we went in October 2025 and temperature was okay!

The bathroom wasn’t very clean

The elevator only brings you half a floor away from the door, could be a downside for disabled people

Location is good, no need to get any public transportation. Terrible smell from the bathroom, you have to close the door. Room is very very small no even a wardrobe just a hangers and a few shelves. No elevator.

We had a very good experience in this nice hotel. Great location close to all the historical places, a lot of restaurants and Bars nearby. Thanks to senior Pietro, he was very helpful and quick responsive. The room was clean and its size was convenient.

It was pleasure to stay there. “Four elements”, we were in a room called “earth”. It was large and bright room. The bed was very comfortable or we were very very exhausted from walking all day.?? It was very closed to the center. There had a few good restaurants and caffès near by. And of course shops on via Nazionale.

Really positive stay, local to the Trevi and Colosseum and lots of other sites. Excellent restaurants around and the owner was really helpful with recommendations and very attentive when we asked for extra towels. The room could have had a safe for personal belongings we did not want to take out. When we walked into the hallway there was an unpleasant smell in the corridor occasionally but it did not affect us too much as our room was a few doors away.
