I didn't like the Elevator. The hotel is 3 floors. But the stairs only go to the 1st floor. The elevator is small and slow as a snail. With no other option to get to our room, we had to wait several minutes for our whole party to get to their rooms or down to the lobby. Our rooms Air conditioner didn't work well. One of our rooms didn't work at all and luckily were able to be moved.

It’s just 15 mins away from Trevi and and 15 mins from Colliseum. The staff kept our luggage before checkin time arrived. Nothing special, only the elevator works sooo slow.

Breakfast was great for a quick meal to start the day. Front desk was always staffed, very friendly staff, great English, super helpful. Lift to upper rooms are very small and building was tricky to navigate, corners and doors and one way access.

Close to coliseum There was dust everywhere and hair on the pillows when we arrived. Walls not finished. Very difficult to find.
