The air conditioning was COLD! And the room was really trendy and clean. We also loved the lounge/lobby area and enjoyed several drinks at the bar that were very affordable and delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

No ice machines. Had to go to the bar to get ice.
-

Nothing of note.

Our first time staying at Ruby and we absolutely loved it. The rooms are modern and clean. The staff were friendly. The rooftop is incredible for evening cocktails. And the breakfast was perfect, lots of great food to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel! Best location in Rome.

Location excellent The rooms accessibility is like a maze

The hotel was perfectly located and about 15-20 minute walk from all the sights of the city.

Very friendly staff. The property felt luxurious and the breakfast was great.

There is no option for separate beds, there is no mini fridge in the room, and there is no in-room coffee station (there is a shared one available).

I had an incident during my stay as a solo traveller that made me really uncomfortable. I reported it immediately to management they said they would address it but no one came back to me before or after I left the property. I didn’t find that to be professional- let’s just say keep your door locked in the room even when you are inside as staff can enter whenever they want to.

Clean, comfortable, centrally located in a great neighbourhood with easy walking distance to the Colosseum, Vatican City. Great bar and rooftop sitting area.
-
Breakfast was very fresh No refrigerator
-
Centrally located close to all important tourists sites and restaurants and cafe’s but no phones in the rooms which is not good idea at all specially in case of personal emergency. Brand new nice colour scheme and clean , getting to room was like walking in a maze very confusing.

Nothing :)

Excellent location. Room was quiet and comfortable. Rooftop bar/lounge area is exceptional. The one thing that my husband and I like in a hotel room is some kind of in-room coffee situation. There aren't any coffee makers in the rooms and my husband had to hunt down some coffee on another floor first thing in the morning.

Great location, spacious room, helpful staff. AC thermostat needed a reset each day requiring a trip to the 6th floor. Bathroom floor always wet due to shower not having catch basin. No view from room and windows not allowed to be opened.

I loved the location and just the atmosphere There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

It was clean and in a good area. Friendly staff and very good vibes overall Not much closet space

Trendy, hip, nicely furnished. Loved the rooftop common areas. Outdoor rooftop dining. Breakfast was nice. Location was very central and close to the train station. Loved the soap and lotion and shampoo and found the beds comfortable and the room quiet at night despite the busy location. Nothing comes to mind.
