The room and bathroom were both extremely small, but everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Be prepared to pay an additional €7, per person/night for city/tourist tax.

Great location near restaurants, train and laundromat.

Excellent location. On Via Nazionale, one of Rome's main avenues. You can walk to the Trevi Fountain in about 10–15 minutes, the Colosseum in about 15 minutes, and the Roma Termini railway station and Repubblica Metro station are only a few minutes away. Friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and quiet despite the busy street outside. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast is available for a small fee. The décor is traditional rather than modern, and the hotel's elevator is a charming antique-style lift that adds to the character of the historic building. Nothing to complain

Location is good, nearby the bus stop, shops, supermarket. I did not have breakfast there. The hotel is near trevi fountain and some churches. in the apartment above there were little kind running and jumping early in the morning and evening, so it was uncomfortable for resting and sleeping.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were friendly, the location was excellent, the breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The only minor issues were that the shower in our room was a bit small for my husband, who is tall, and the shower spray was too fine and misty, making it difficult to rinse properly. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel.

I 100% recommend it — if you’re on a smaller budget, it’s the perfect option.

The elevator was not working
-
Reception was friendly and the lication was very convenient for tourists.
-
It didn’t have an iron, no shampoo, no toothpaste, elevator not working ( on the 4th floor) and it wasn’t mentioned.

Thanks a lot!

Nothing. Avoid this hotel at all cost It's on a forth floor (very tall floors) and the elevator is not working. they could have warn us before, but they didn´t. We kindly asked for help with our luggage but they refuse. As we were with someone with reduced mobility, we ended up leaving and booked another hotel. We are still trying to get our money back from Booking and this awful hotel.

No elevator

We paid for breakfast however, the clerk arrived late and our taxi was on time. The little bit of cappuccino I had was not good. No refund was offered.

Bathroom is a bit small

I like the location, which is within walking distance to most attractions, like Trevi, Pantheon, Coliseum, Borgese, Churches and museums. Also, the receptionist Bobby and the cleaner Andrea were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not included, so I tried ones. The other two mornings, I tried local breakfast in the city, which is available in every corner. No lift, but it was not a problem for me as I travel with backpack only.

Hotel location was good close to train station There was no lift working

Good

The property is in the center of Rome, close to many historical objectives. We liked the fact that the property was really clean and also the kindness of Bobby, the receptionist, who was ready to help and happy to talk with us.

We had a really pleasant stay. Boby was very friendly and ready to help always. We could check in earlier, and on the last day we could leave our luggage at the hotel and come back later as we had a late flight. Close to main attractions and train station, also 2 min walking to bus/metro station from where we could go to Vatican. Small breakfast available as well. The hotel is on the 4th floor, so depends how active you are ?. But for us it wasn' t a big issue.
