Small room small bed low to the ground, no shampoo in the shower. Toilet running water all morning

The air conditioning did not work

The address of where I stayed was incorrect as has been the case far too frequently here in italy, I dont know what it is about italian addresses in booking, they are inaccurate more tha. The are accurate, a big frustration for my as I tour italy on bicycle

Quite dingy walking in and up the stairs. Room didn’t seem to match the pictures although was very clean. All in all it suited the purpose for one night

The room was clean, all the linen sparkling white, beds were comfortable, and it has A/C that really works. They came to clean the room everyday which was nice. The location was perfect, we could walk to the major attractions, and you have a bus stop to the Vatican 1/2 block away. You can take the subway from the airport and walk to the hotel, but we took a taxi because there was a fire on the subway, and they didn't know when they will open again. The taxi fare was 55 euros, and it is published on all the taxis. You have to check in in another hotel, but it was not far away like 2 blocks away. You can leave your luggage at that hotel if you arrive early and come back at check in time to get your key and pin for the doors. To check out you just leave the key inside the room.

Nice location very central, near Termini train station and near to all attractions, you can walk around Rome with no problem.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location. It is situated on one of the main shopping streets, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, offering authentic Italian cuisine, and both the train station and the iconic Coliseum are within comfortable walking distance. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making my stay even more delightful. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, enhancing the overall experience. I would definitely choose Hotel Regina Giovanna for my next trip to Rome again!

Large bathroom Location was good Even though it was on the main street, it was pretty quiet Good towels in bathroom Paper cups for the Nespresso machine Repair patches on the walls Only four hangers in the bad closet Small chest too small to store much No wine glasses in fact no cups or glasses of any kind Hair dryer inoperative Bathroom sink had no guard in case something was dropped Mirror was too small Refrigerator was not working. Hardly any space in bathroom to set anything down Nobody at the Hotel to help with anything

the location is very good, close to everything - big advantage you find very hard the location - need better directions. Also the wifi password did not work

Super clean and quiet would like to go back The phone reception was bad but that is not the fault of the establishment. Also if only a place was there to hang clothes was provided. Otherwise it's a good value for the money compared to other places.

Location was the best part of it that gives you accessibility to center, metro and Central station. There was many great opportunity to surf nearby and rooms was clean as expected. I paid reduced money for the room and that made the value of the room fair for my stay. First room that I get had poor Cellphone signal range, so I had not internet by myself. It made it worse when I tried to connect to wifi because it was not working. I called the reception to fix it and they said we sent somebody to fix. Then I figured out from the next room that wifi was broken for the last three days. At the end they changed the room when I went to main hotel to complain.

Clean room. Good bathroom. No WiFi. I don’t have high standards but not having WiFi is a big issue for me, especially when the hotel states the room will have it. Be prepared for this.

Location was great. Very clean and quiet room. Pub across road and lots of restaurants nearby. Staff at hotel where you check in very pleasant. Stairs could do with a bit of refresh but not a major issue

The location is great. Easy to reach from Termini by foot. Lots of local restaurants, amenities, bus routes. Very clean and functional. The check in process was an additional unnecessary stress. If I’d known you have to go to another hotel to check in and this one wasn’t staffed, I would not have booked. It was only made apparent to me after booking. We were in a room with a blocked sink. Stated there would be a minibar, there was no minibar, no drinking water either. Instructions to access the hotel were not clear. Was helped by Hotel Miami staff who are in the same complex.

This hotel was so clean and comfortable for us. We never use bus,train or taxi for where we want to go. Because location was good. We had hot water every time and towels enough. hotel has not slippery and keetle for guest in room, Just we didnt like this. Reception on different place but its okay because so near hotel. I could prefer again. Staff was so kindly.
