Hotel Miami

Muy serviciales en todo momento, es un hotel céntrico y sencillo para pasar la noche. La habitación individual estaba muy reducida, si eres una persona muy grande, puede que el baño y la habitación te generen ciertas dificultades

Excellent location. Lovely people! Staff are so friendly and welcoming. The elevator is old and at times we were afraid it would break down. The shower is very small.

Perfect location, and clean hotel, decent breakfast

Localização perfeita. Quarto pequeno mas achei que seria mais problemático. Café da manhã bem completo. Café da manhã fechava muito cedo. O quarto era bem pequeno e apertado. Paredes finas que deu para ouvir mais do que eu queria dos vizinhos. O prédio é comercial compartilhado com outras empresas ao lado dos quartos, o que é um pouco estranho.

The staff at reception are very kind! If you are looking for a place without any luxury, that is the place. It should not be consider a 3 star. It is clean but breakfast is very basic, the amenities are very poor.

Brilliant location for exploring Rome- less than 10mins walk to Rome Termini. All the main attractions are walkable- Colosseum/Trevi etc. Its on one of the main roads, so there's buses and easy/safe walking everywhere. Tons of restaurants nearby and convenience stores etc. Room was perfect for the Rome experience- the window opens out onto the main road, but stays very quiet once shut. Staff were very helpful with tips and information etc. Nothing. Just right.

The room was clean and everything was tidied up and changed daily, the location was amazing (~10 minutes from Fontana di Trevi), the staff was very nice and available 24/7. The rooms were a bit old (but very similar to photos shown, so no complaints) and were not very noise canceling (we heard people when they coughed in the room next to us), but overall very good and not anything that the hotel was supposed to fix during the stay.

The breakfast was amazing. Great variety and quality. The staff (young man from Bangladesh, young lady, and gentleman from the Philippines) were hard working and very courteous. Maria and Francesco at the front desk very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable about he city, sights to see, etc. I stayedc8 nights and loved it. Will stay again. I liked everything. .

Everything what is needed for short-term stay in the city for a suitable price. Breakfast is minimal but rather good. Location: most important objects of the city are reachable by foots.

The room is a bit old and the elevator was kind of scary.

Rooms were clean and confortable . The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was great. Everything you need is just next to you supermarket , pharmacy, fashion shops and some cafes. Metro is just 2 min walk to piazza republica and termini station is 15 min walk . Everything was ok but the bath cabin was too small.

Great hotel in a fantastic location a short (10min) walk from Roma Termini station so ideal for the Fiumicino airport train. The staff were lovely and welcoming - and could not have been more friendly or helpful, even being very patient and encouraging as we tried our few words of Italian badly (they spoke perfect English). If you are looking for an ultramodern, copy-and-paste, shiny could-be-anywhere chain hotel, then this is maybe not for you, but for us it was perfect. The hotel has a classic Italian feel to it, with our room being accessed from within an apartment group of rooms through a door off a lovely large stone staircase. The rooms were immaculately clean when we arrived, and cleaned to that standard every day. Our 3rd-floor room faced a side street, but had heavy blackout curtains, which meant that traffic noise was no worse than any other city hotel. The room aircon (with remote) worked well when needed. While handy for the Termini station, the hotel is also perfectly placed for central Rome, being a 15min walk away (Piazza di Trevi) down Via Milano, or over the top on Via delle Quattro Fontane right next to the hotel. There is a pharmacy next door, with a supermarket a few doors down. Via Nazionale has plenty of cafes and restaurants, which was great for first-trip-out-after-unpacking espresso/sfogliatella. The Colosseum was about a 20min walk away, so in the end we just walked everywhere and never used public transport. The fantastic breakfast at the hotel helped fuel us up for the days - the friendly staff kept all the pastries, breads, cheeses and meats topped-up, and the coffee machine did decent espresso, Americano and cappuccino - this was definitely well worth paying for as part of the booking. The final words: next time we go to Rome, would we book this hotel again? Definitely! A minor point, and not really a "didn't like", but while part of the classic Italian feel to the building that the hotel is part of, the lifts were a bit small and slow. Not an issue for us on the 3rd floor as we used the stairs a lot (the lift to the 5th floor breakfast area seemed quieter), but maybe worth considering if you have mobility issues or a sports injury etc.

The breakfast room was quite small and some other guests were very noisy at night, not a problem of the hotel tho.
