Location, breakfast It should be clarified this hotel is located on a building 1st floor , not your common hotel.

The location was great for our needs. The staff were lovely, helpful and engaging. The place was clean and tidy. The room was small and there wasn't a view, which was fine, because were not there for the view from the room.

Location is good. On the main strip for that area. Staff was friendly when they were there. The hotel entrance is lined with trash cans filled and or overflowing. It just looks dirty. No one works the front desk on the weekends, so if you have any issues or need help…you have to walk around the block to another hotel to get assistance. The room is small, which isn’t a big deal. The air conditioner isn’t strong enough to keep the room cool and shuts off after running for 10-15 minutes. Temperature never reached the setting ever. No ventilation in room to removed hot air. You can open window, but then the bugs fly in. The shower wouldn’t keep a specific temperature. The shower would be warm at initial settings, then for no reason it would drop to cold water and then to scorching water the whole time. It never worked correctly while we were there. We tried to cancel our room after the second day, but they said that was not an option and we would lose our money.

Couldn't find the hotel and there was zero parking.

We stayed here 11 years ago so we decided to return as it’s in a good central area to shops, bars, restaurants and attractions. The hotel rooms are very clean, with a TV and fridge but no kettle which was disappointing. Lovely clean towels provided everyday. Since staying 11 years ago it now looks dated and the hallway of the building looks shabby with communal bins full of rubbish. Possibly due to the lift not working. The breakfast area was closed with no prior notification so we had to go to another hotel the Britannia for breakfast which we didn’t mind but wasn’t really what we booked. There was staffing issues so two days we had to input a code to enter the hotel. It really didn’t feel safe or secure. If a guest didn’t close the door properly the hotel would be vulnerable with guests staying there. It’s no longer a suitable hotel for me and my friends to stay for future visits to Rome. I must say that Alessia on reception helped me to change rooms after the first night. A very pleasant and helpful young Lady.

Hotel and staff were fantastic, would highly recommend. Nothing in particular.

Location was excellent. Did not have breakfast. Everything. Bed was uncomfortable and was not really a hotel more like a B&B . No staff after 4;30 and in an old run down building.

The breakfast was a nice option so we didn’t have to worry about that. Lots of choices. Very friendly staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was nice that we could leave our bags before check-in. We were offered some water when we came in which was much needed! Staff offered to make reservations for us, which was very helpful. The bed and room one wasn’t the greatest. The bed in room 15 was better. They had some options available for us to participate in, but due to the short notice, we weren’t able to work those into our plans. I wish we would’ve known about those options several weeks ago.

I didn't like the size of the bathroom and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool.

Only location There is no hot water in my room .Unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved, and it is causing significant inconvenience. This situation is unacceptable for a hotel of your level, especially considering that I am unable to take a proper shower or use basic facilities.

The location, room, breakfast and staff were all stellar. This was my second stay here and it was just as great as the first time I stayed here, three years ago. As a solo traveler, the room was fine three years ago, but traveling with my husband and 18 month old made for a cramped stay! Also, the water temperature was uneven the last night we stayed there, it'd be extremely hot or extremely cold.

It was like staying at a B&B… The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast staff it was like being with my Italian grandparents. Well, it had two big flights steps to get up to the top and that was pretty tough on two old ladies, but it was worth it…

Breakfast was very nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, convenient location and some windows to look out on the street. Overall great value. Our room was accessed by walking through what looked like an strange little staff room with a computer and not much else in it, not a traditional room location in a hotel. But the room itself was clean, had coffee and was very large by European standards.
