Terrific breakfast in an outdoor courtyard, excellent ,

Room size for 4 was good. Breakfast was very good, nice that there was 24 hr desk person. Room could use more drawers there is no dresser with drawers. Definitely, needs more outlets, especially should have one by the bathroom mirror. Needs wall hooks for towels or on the back door to hang something. Also a bathroom shelf would be good to put toiletries.

Exceptional Stay! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A special thank you for taking care of our luggage before check-in and after check-out. This made our visit to Rome so much easier and allowed us to enjoy the city without any stress. The team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Rome’s main attractions. The service was truly outstanding, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Nothing!

The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The location was near all the major sights in Rome and also near the metro and Rome Termini Station. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing

Amazing staff, quiet, very clean! Location is exceptional.

The location is exceptionally close to Termini Rail Station (easy 10-12 minute walk even with kids and luggage) and central to all the sites (Colosseum, Forum, and Piazza de Popolo all within 10-20 minute walk). Vatican is about 30 minute walk, but everything is picturesque and enjoyable along the way. Room was larger than a standard US hotel (1 king/queen and 2 x singles all together) but bathroom is smaller than normal (American style toilet, bidet, sink, and standup shower). Air conditioning was wall mounted but blew cool air and provided good white noise to drown out some of the street noise from Avenida Nazzionale. The Italian style breakfast was outstanding (biggest selling point besides location). Fresh bread, croissants, baked goods, cheese, ham, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, cereal, and a barista on a genuine cappuccino machine to make any style coffee you’d like… easily a 10-15 Euro value per person per day). Additionally, the staff was quite generous and helpful… we arrived relatively early in the morning, but they allowed us to store our bags until check in, provided excellent recommendations for site seeing, restaurants, and even loaned us a charging adapter for our electronics. There was some restoration work involving power tools on the mezzanine level below us, but they never started work before 0830. The hotel is a single floor in an older building, so the elevator can only accommodate 1 person with bags (or 3 without) though the three flights of stairs up are perfectly doable. It’s all wood-paneled floors on cement, so noises will tend to carry from outside the room, though other than some occasional light talking inside and a few emergency vehicles driving down the avenue it’s fairly easy to get some good shuteye.

Considering it's the third time I stayed at the St. Moritz, I would say that I like the location, I simply love walking through via Nazionale, so near to the most important monuments and full of shops. The room was comfortable and spotless. I would like to praise the personnel, especially the receptionists: they were very professional and so kind to help me promptly with my requests. The elevator is small, but it's a minor detail for such a beautiful historic building. Overall my staying at St. Moritz hotel was super positive!

Location, nice staff, good light breakfast
-
Smallest room I’ve seen. Staff just doesn’t talk or understand English. Elevator is very small and says occupied every time. I’ve stayed and even paid the city tax there but somehow the hotel cancelled it and it says that I’ve not showed up.

Beautiful No complaints

Very kind staff, hotel is clean and quiet, amazing shower, wonderful breakfast selection. Beds are hard as concrete. There was an extra blanket or heavy mattress pad stored in a cabinet, so I folded that over twice and placed it under the sheets. I also had a heavy robe that I used to create extra padding on the bed. My first night was miserable, however.

Excellent Gluten Free Options! Staff was very helpful in providing recommendations for activities.

Location is really good, near the best metro line in Paris (Line 14)

Nothing special. Need better toaster. Coffee was good Toaster took forever. Scrambled eggs would have been nice.

Very central location and close to the central station. It is in walking distance to many tourist attractions. Being on one of the main roads it was always busy and felt safe. Poor sound isolation both from the streets and the lobby. If people were talking in the lobby we could hear them, as our room was in the lobby. Also you can hear the cars driving at night as the room does not have good sound isolation from the outside either. We were also unlucky to be woken up in the middle of the night by a car alarm on the street which was on for quite long.
