The Area and Staff

Always came in and made up the room everyday. The Air conditioner unit. To hard to work. Wouldn’t stay on , so when we came back from a hot filled long day the A/C would be off and the room a little warm. So we had to take cold showers to cool off waiting on the A/c to work. Besides that everything was perfect

Central location, rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Maximiliano, in particular, was super helpful in suggesting places to visit and good restaurants to eat at. We liked everything.

Staff were welcoming and obliging Room was small

Location is nice - close enough to the station to walk, but far enough that it's less hectic. The staff were all very kind, especially the desk staff who gave us maps and some pointers and helped with luggage, which was really nice. We had a good stay overall, and was about what I expected for the price in the centre of Rome (about 60 EUR per person per night) The rooms were not very soundproof - we could hear all the sounds from the room next door - the TV and laughing pretty late. We were so tired that we slept anyway, but it's definitely worth being aware. In fairness, we didn't let the staff know about this at the time or request any action from them so there was no failing on their part, just pointing it out so others know it's not soundproof. Also, small point but the lightbulbs are different colours - some are blue and some are yellow and it makes the room feel a bit strange and uncomfortable. And the duvet is just resting in between a sheet type thing, so it gets loose easily which I think isn't the most hygienic, although seems standard in a lot of hotels in Italy.

The hotel is very well situated with a lot of transport options like buses, metro and train. The staff was really nice and the room was clean every day which was great! We also had no issues regarding the wifi. I think the room was a lot smaller than it seemed in the pictures and it was definitely not soundproof as advertised. We could perfectly hear the people next to us in the other bedrooms, we could hear cleaning in the morning, etc, which greatly impacted our sleep quality. We left our bags at the reception on our last day to enjoy a few hours before our departure and when we came back my bag was not properly closed and the combination code was different... I'm not sure what happened and I shrugged it off as my mistake but the combination code definitely changed and I managed to open it later with a youtube tutorial. Nothing seemed to be stolen but it wasn't great to think my bag was tampered with.

I did not get the breakfast, so I’m able to answer this question. The host and staff were very helpful. Help with my anxiety of taking the metro. Welcome treat was very nice. Will like to stay there again. Location was great. I liked everything about this hotel.

It’s about a 15 minute walk from the main attractions, which could be a bit tiring at night, but was also a positive since it isn’t stormed by the huge crowds.

Bed could be better

The room was smelling like full of moisture , the room was very small and the bed's mattress very bad.

The staff was very friendly (especially the person at the check-in/info desk). He gave us tips to travel Rome. The room was nothing special but delivered everything they promised. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean. There are 3 entrances before your room's door which can be a bit annoying but i think it's one of the unique features of european stays. The room is not the quietest room. On my last day, someone was playing music from somewhere and it did bother me a bit but it was time to wake up anyway so not the worst morning call. The sound from upstairs or other room can be heard sometimes. but it's not too bothersome.

The accommodation is cozy, the hosts are very nice. It is clean, quiet and good value for money.

Our flight was delayed and we were past the 8PM check in time. The front desk clerk stayed until 8:15 to check us in and give us dinner recommendations. The hotel is a ten minute walk from Termini Station. We don't mind walking so it was easy to walk to all of the sights in Rome. The hotel is quiet and the AC worked really well. The room we had was small for three people but honestly we only slept there so it didn't matter. We were strategic with our luggage storage so it worked out OK. I thought the bed was like sleeping on concrete, it was so hard. The first two days I didn't notice it I was so tired but then after that it was hard to get comfortable.

Great location, excellent staff, clean room Poor wifi signal quality
-
location reasonable bed extremely hard, double room had been described as a small double - but it was tiny ! Could hardly get round the bed and only enough space for 1 suitcase to be open. The safe was located at the very bottom of the wardrobe that so you had to kneel on floor in narrow space between bed, awkward checkin (as room access quite separate from reception) and no lift for suitcases that we could use.
