Clean, safe and comfortable, with excellent helpful staff with great recommendations for things away from all the tourist areas even.

The staff was excellent, very friendly, and they took great care of us. The room was fairly modern. I liked how we were able to have access to the property after hours through door codes. Breakfast was excellent, the dining room was clean and well stocked. The young lady who took care of the food and dining room was excellent. Thanks for making our Rome experience exceptional.

The room was super clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The bathroom clean, but small and the space made it hard to brush teeth and take shower.

The table over the mini fridge was unstable. It was harder to fund the place for the first time.

Location and unique design of the facility Too much noise from the street and corner bar. No coffee in the room, just tea. No water in the refrigerator which was not cooled. The bed was slightly concave with stiff pillows

Great location in terms of on the metro A line and close to Roma Termini. Unfortunately, farther than I thought from a lot of the “main sights” which can be a pretty long walk or needing to catch a bus.

Breakfast was really good and the location couldn’t be beat. Convenient to walk any places or to use the subway We had a couple of cockroaches the first night we arrived. We told the staff and they took care of it right away, but it was disappointing to see that.

Enjoyed our stay here, staff was very friendly. It is a little on the outskirts but we were still able to walk everything. Only complaint is someone in the area blasts music from 11pm-2am every night, not the hotel's fault though.

We really enjoyed our stay at Notti a Roma. The place was in a great location, affordable price, very clean and well organised. The host also offered us to let our bags after checkout (our flight was in the evening). Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome.

The best part of this hotel is definitely the staff. Everyone was very kind and always willing to help, doing their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was fine — not many options, and once some items ran out, they weren’t replenished. I especially missed having scrambled eggs available. The location, however, is excellent: close to Roma Termini station, and even closer to the Repubblica metro stop and several bus lines, making it very convenient for getting around the city. Overall, I’d rate this hotel around 6 or 6.5 out of 10. I appreciated some aspects, but I’d probably try a different place the next time I visit Rome. To be honest, this place isn’t really a hotel in the traditional sense. I had filtered only for hotels on Booking.com, but this property feels somewhere between a hotel and an Airbnb — without being either. You enter through a regular residential building, and the reception is located on the first floor, which already felt a bit unusual to me. After check-in, we were given room 101, right next to the reception. The room itself was very small. Looking back, the photos on the website are accurate, but they make the space appear larger than it actually is. We were traveling with several suitcases, and it was difficult to manage them in such a tight area — we often had to close one bag just to open another. The beds were also not particularly comfortable. While the location is convenient, it comes with a downside: our room faced the street, and there was a nearby bar or club that played loud music until late at night, which made it hard to sleep. The biggest issue for me, though, was the bathroom — especially the shower. It was extremely small, to the point that even for me, my wife, and our daughter (all of us thin), it was uncomfortable to move around. If you’re even slightly above average in size, I’d honestly recommend choosing another place just for that reason.
