The WiFi works for about 1 minute every 20. Constantly disconnects or says connected without Internet/Internet not available. Do not stay if you dont have roaming 5G. Fridge didnt work and door didnt lock from the inside. Air conditioning very noisy and stopped working after 2 days.

Breakfast was ok, though coffee from the machine is not that hot. Location is very ok We are expecting to have coffee in the room, I guess I didn't pay attention on that. Wifi is very poor... the Uber left us as he can't contact us. Aircon is not working as it supposed to, although cold outside, it's hot inside our room and thermostat remained at 28 degrees.

Nothing We were traveling with kids. We had an early train to venice and requested our breakfast to be packed as our trip began at the same time as breakfast, we were told its not possible. Bathroom was filthy, hair and dirt thick in bath. Drain was clogged with hair , water was pooling so could not bath. Filthy

The location of the hotel was perfect and the room was very clean. The pillows are uncomfortable. The bath didn't work. The hot water was inconsistent And the aircon wouldn't blow cold air

Location is good, stuff was friendly It's a bad hotel for very high price. 1. I got bitten by bedbugs, it was terrible 2. Breakfast was bad, no real food at all 3. Someone was smoking on our floor 4. WiFi didn't work on our floor most of the time In general, you get an impression that the hotel isn't been taken care of for 30-40 years
