Good location Elevator very slow, the rooms were okay but it doesn’t feel like a hotel, it’s like an apartment on the forth floor

Excellence location Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Elevator was bit small.

The location was convenient to Metro and some restaurants. The room was good with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was very good with a very friendly and accommodating attendant. As you entered the area into the building to get to the hotel elevator, you had to pass by several trash containers that smelled bad. The bathroom was ok. There wasn’t anywhere to set my toiletry bag.

The room could have been cleaner. The walls were extremely scuffed up and baseboards were a mess. The entrance is off-putting as there are trash cans lining the internal foyer. I guess it just missed reading that this property is 3 hotels, each being on a different floor.

The breakfast was delightful. It was a great way to start the day with a fresh cup of coffee and get ready for a busy day in Rome. Lovely. The elevator and construction was a bit messed up

Only Location was a good. The room isn't clear, (little bit) bathroom was bad. The water in the bathroom wasn't draining and the problem wasn't fixed. There was a woman in reception who was very rude and impolite. It was my 3rd time in Rome and this hotel was really bad experience.

The location is central and the staff were nice. This is not a real hotel. It occupies only one floor (the 4th) of a building, with very basic facilities — much more like a B&B than a hotel, and without 24-hour reception. During my stay, the elevator was broken for an entire day, so after a full day of walking in Rome I had to climb four floors by foot, which was exhausting. For the price I paid, I expected proper hotel facilities.

Very large room in central location, easy to walk everywhere

Didn’t not try breakfast as McDonald in same block and they have excellent breakfast menu.

Overall the property wasn't that bad. If you're from the states and in Italy for the first time you'll probably come to a shock at how small the rooms really are in general. The front desk and rooms start on the 4th floor, they don't tell you this while booking. I think the property is a little overpriced for what we got. The breakfast is mediocre, mainly just coffee, cold cuts and cereals. I had requested to come in an hour early and they denied my request and said the room wasn't ready. In my humble opinion, the room wasn't ready even after I got the keys. The showers were full of scum and mold, carpets were dirty and apparently when they tell you they have an "iron" it doesn't mean that they give you one for your room, it means you will be sharing that with the whole floor (26 rooms). On one of the days the front desk informed me that he had to go into our room to take our iron when we were not there. Totally odd to me!

At booking, it wasn’t clear this was in a building with other “hotels” on each floor. The elevator barely held 2 people and made getting our small amount of luggage up difficult. The shower was tiny and caused water to get all over the bathroom.

Clean and comfortable The steps before going into the elevator

Staff were very helpful and provided us with food and activity options. The property was very well located. Close to the train station and near a lot of food options. It was very easy to find the hotel.

Excellent customer service, easy access. Great location, affordable, lovely room decor ,quiet comfortable. Breakfast made my stomach queasy after. The room is decorated lovely you need to touch up paint the white walls around the bottom 3 ft up from floor dirty and scuffed. Otherwise a fantastic room.

The fact that there were no laundry facilities.

It is near the termini station and you can walk around the famous spots in Rome. Just plan your way ahead. The girl at the reception is approachable.

Stay away from this place. Four of us checked in into room 422 on 4/20/25. Ten minutes after being in the room horrendous feces smell appeared in the bathroom. Front desk staff seemed to be puzzled by it and tried to fix it with air fresheners . Since they didn’t have another quadruple room, they offered to give us an additional room for the bathroom use. We declined and decided to move to another place near by. Since it was booked via booking.com, we were told to ask for refund through booking.com. We immediately reported this issue and started waiting for the refund. One week later, after several conversations with booking.com we were told that hotel refuses to issues refund despite not being able to provide services. Calling credit card to open dispute next.
