Perfect location super central to everything and to train station. Very fancy hotel. Friendly staff, lovely breakfast. All very classy and luxurious Room a bit small but we did book a twin room!

Everything. Such a beautiful hotel. It's a historic building and you can see every effort has been made to preserve its beauty. Lovely court yard garden. Central location. Staff are super helpful. Appreciate they have some wheelchair accessible rooms, spacious and comfortable.

There were several issues with our room allocation. We booked 5 rooms, but 2 of the rooms were accessible rooms, which we did not need. We asked to change them, as one of our guests was a larger person and would not have been able to comfortably use the very small shower. We expected more attention and sensitivity from the hotel staff in this situation. Instead, we felt as if changing the room was a favor. In the end, we were moved to a smaller room with a very small shower and less comfort. We had to make room changes between ourselves to make things work for our group. Unfortunately, we did not receive any price difference or compensation for the room changes.

Very well located to visit a lot of famous places in Rome. Air conditioning was not working well in my room. I reported it a couple times, and I don’t thin the hotel did anything to fix it. The room got very hot at times.

Bedsheets, bathroom, utilities all good and that’s important to me. Breakfast was not too much to my liking… the scrambled eggs were barely cooked I asked where the boiled eggs were and she mentioned you have to pay for boiled eggs Also I can’t understand your in Italy and the cappuccino came from a machine .

The staff in the restaurant where very friendly and attentive. They really are great at their jobs and made us feel welcome. Pillows aren't good.

The old fashion style and location. Although I still liked it, maybe a variety at breakfast.

The location was great, we were able to walk to all the main attractions from the hotel. Although the hotel is a bit old and dated, it was comfortable. Overall it needs updating. Breakfast was good variety, but we have people smoke on the balcony areas, during breakfast. This should just not be allowed.
