Rooms are very small

The internet had a spotty connection and the TV was only in Italian, and the subtitles didn't seem to be working, even after many attempts at the settings, the TV would only show a single caption claiming "this is page 778." So if you are looking forward to TV after a long day (that you can understand) keep this in mind.

Boa localização, bastante próximo à estação Termini. Box do banheiro não escoava a água, provocando o extravazamento de água para o quarto no momento do banho.

Very small hotel room and air conditioning wasn’t as expected

Cheerful, friendly and helpful staff. Check in was nice and as we had an early flight and would miss breakfast, they offered to pack breakfast for us to take - so thoughtful! Room was quiet, clean and spacious enough with a nice modern bath. Good location - close to Monte and train station - but further from the historic center. nothing comes to mind

The hotel is right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of major attractions, dining, and nightlife. For travelers who prioritize getting around on foot or with minimal transit, the central spot is a major plus. Rooms are not particularly spacious and felt dated compared to the price point. Bedding was not very comfortable, contributing to less restful nights. Given the price, the room quality didn’t feel aligned with expectations.

Ana was very sweet. Very accommodating when my friend had an early flight, she arranged for an early take away breakfast.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! What an amazing location. The hotel is centrally located and it's easy to navigate to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. I recommend renting the junior suite because the terrace is delightful! The hotel is very clean and the air conditioning was wonderful too as the temps were higher than normal in June. The hotel staff was exceptional! The woman that checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. The woman that brought us our breakfast each morning was also so nice. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Rome! NOTHING! We do not have a single complaint about our stay here!

Really good location and good breakfast. The hotel was modern.

The staff were wonderful. Very helpful and made recommendations for good places for food or coffee around the city. The breakfast option was a nice selection of fruits, breakfast foods, and pastries. Good coffee as well.

The location is good and the staff (all of them) were excellent. While I understand that the “hotel” is a quaint and “boutique”, the place really has an upgraded hostel vibe. Feels like they just updated the rooms to make them into singles/doubles/triples. Our triple was already the biggest but the shower I kid you not is RV size. The pricing is like or maybe even more than a best western type hotel (there is one that’s close) but the “hotel” just seems below a best western type property level.

Great location. The staff was always willing to assist. Ana was exceptional! Nothing

Anna at reception was beyond helpful ! the air conditioning wasn’t super cool

Great location, walked to a lot of highlights in Rome. Lots of restaurants and shops close by

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. We liked everything
-
Room size was small, the breakfast was good however the breakfast room was small and congested

Great location near metro and Termini. Clean, good cable when I’d walked myself out. Loved Vanessa at front desk who patiently answered all of my questions and recommended restaurants. Danielle at breakfast made the best cappuccino and worked hard to put a smile on my face when I was hardly awake. I’d stay here again! There’s a restaurant under rooms near front desk. Music was pretty loud… ended around 10 but didn’t bother me too much. If you’re a light and/or early sleeper you mightt feel differently ?

I left my luggage at the front desk so I could continue checking out the sites in Rome. I noticed my suitcase had been opened and some leather gloves were taken. This was upsetting to me.
