Our room was absolutely beautiful, high ceilings, spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was wonderful too. Live piano music, a very good buffet selection and many a la carte options as well. Staff was very helpful and welcoming Pool area seems like an afterthought. Very small and poorly planned

The building is nice and location, the lounge bar was cute The balcony was disgustingly and only made up of 8ft walls with zero view; like a prison cell. It was awful. And My room was with paper thin walls I could hear all the neighbours including the kids at 7am playing instruments, running through the halls, and people talking, laughing, screaming, etc.. super annoying

Great location. My room was comfortable but basic. Nice bedding and towels. No real view. It was very quiet which was wonderful It felt a bit tired and impersonal

Concierge Valentina helpful. Gave me a bottle of prosecco for my birthday but tasted awful. For what we paid I was very disappointed. The staff were nice except for the manager of Seen. We were there for my 50th Birthday and I came all the way from America. He took my drink away and said he would bring me something special for my birthday. I thought it was a complimentary the way he made it sound..but he brings back a drink, it tastes awful! I want my old drink back! And he charged for it! The bed had a rip in the leather. Cheap fixtures. No fan in the bathroom. The incense oil thing smells awful and overpowering. Carpet dirty. Hard to believe was a “five star” hotel. I spent a lot of money for my income and was very disappointed. I felt like it was pretentious without the class.

The staff was excellent and super helpful. The food was so delicious. The staff went out of their way to help you always smiling and remembering your name. Everything was excellent

Overpriced for what it is. Too big and impersonal. Rooms stuffy. Carpet and curtains. Seems dusty the whole thing.

Everything about the property is exceptional! Nothing. It was perfection.

Everything! The location is perfect – right in the heart of Rome. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, with a tasteful and elegant design. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room setup made us feel immediately at home. The breakfast was exceptional: fresh, varied, high quality, and served with care. It was the perfect start to each day. Nothing – everything was truly wonderful.

The location is good, near a metro station and walkable to a fair few monuments. Firstly, the pool was closed—and at no point during the booking process was this made clear. We were travelling with a 9-year-old who had been really looking forward to it, so this was a big letdown. We requested a refund, but only received a response three days later, saying it wasn’t possible and that we could instead change the booking to different dates. Which felt a bit unrealistic—who knows when they’ll be returning to the same destination? We’ve stayed at several Anantara properties before, and frankly, the appropriate response would’ve been to offer a cancellation with credit that could be used at any Anantara location. In the end, we chose to stay. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve. Upon arrival, the receptionist, Timur, was confrontational, insisting we present the physical debit card used to make the booking—even though the accommodation was fully prepaid. The card had expired at the end of March, and we couldn’t understand why it was necessary. There was little effort to make us feel welcome. When we voiced our disappointment, they offered an upgrade to a duplex suite, but it lacked any charm—less appealing than a decent Airbnb. As compensation, we were also given a few extra toiletries. Unfortunately, by that point, the damage was already done. In addition, the breakfast spread was underwhelming at best. I’m not sure what others were raving about—unless they genuinely have cake for breakfast every day. It certainly didn’t live up to the standard we’ve come to expect from an Anantara property.

During my stay, I didn't need to call the reception for any request or complain as everything was just great! The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good and provided many options. At the end, My sister and I went back home very satisfied and happy with intention to return to Anantara Palazzo Naiadi upon our next trip to Rome. Grazie!
