The property was elegant and the staff were excellent. A good location with a Metro stop within 200m and easy access to Termini. The alarm system in the room contained a flashing green light at the centre of the room and a flashing red light above the entrance area. The lights were flashing every 6 seconds or so - for any sailors out there it was like entering a port with flashing channel markers. The intensity was such that the lights even registered with your eyes closed. I accept that there are safety reasons for having the alarms but I have never witnessed such an intrusive system which destroyed any opportunity of a good night’s sleep. A great pity as there is so much to like about this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location and the staff were all amazing. The man at the front desk very kindly gave us an upgrade at check in and the room was fantastic. Our first time to Italy and it started off great. The woman at the restaurant greeted us and made the perfect coffees. The staff at the rooftop patio made great drinks and the woman that checked us out also took good care of us. I’m sorry I forgot all their names, but they were so friendly. The views from the rooftop patio are fantastic.

It’s a lovely property and was spotlessly clean. Staff were very professional and attentive. Great breakfast!! The bathroom was a little small and unfortunately the pool wasn’t open

Eveything was actually ok there. Breakfast choice is pretty ok. Team was super nice - speaking many languages. Location wise - very convienet.
