Location and staff were great . Common areas and rooftop deck very nice . 24 hour front desk was a good touch . AC was not working and told this was a hotel wide issue due to city permitting. This should be communicated when booking . Room’s decor was dated and carpet was dusty and had seen better days . Given the hotel design , hardwood floors would be a better choice .Tub shower combo not up to modern standards .

Excellent staff, especially the reception. Rooms are convenient and clean. Breakfast is very good. Good dining options in the area. Monuments within walking distance. Room decoration could be improved to create a more stylish atmosphere.

It is in a great location if you don’t have a car. You can walk or metro to most everything. Highly recommended.

The location was great. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable. It was the best sleep I had in a long time. The room was small but it had everything needed including MANY hangers in the closet. The shower pressure was perfect. Housekeeping provided fresh towels and replenished room amenities on a daily basis. Our room was freshened up every day. The AC worked well continuously and there are lots of electric and USB outlets in the room. There is a nice terrace for breakfast and from 5 to 8 you can purchase cocktails. Free Wifi worked well all the time we were there. The juices at breakfast were too sweet and not the healthy options. Most hotels in Italy offer freshly squeezed orange juice but this one didn't. The food selection was good but it lacked appeal. I felt that the lady operating the breakfast service could use more help. She prepared the spread, made and served coffees, cleared tables and replenished water and food. Although she was extremely efficient, it was hard for her to keep up with the number of people she was serving. No free water bottles in the rooms.

The hotel staff was great! The very best of the stay was the front desk associate, her name was Naslie. Very cordial, friendly, and helpful. The staff at the 5th floor were also great at breakfast and also in the evening for a tea The bed is two small beds together, that is not as comfortable for a couple

Very central location and the staff was really friendly and helpful The plumbing situation wasn't working well and we had only very hot water. Also the sinks were clogged often. Beside the bed there were no sockets, only USB ports. Our cellphone don't have such a wire, so we struggled with having our phones charged. We paid for breakfast and we only ate there the 1st day. The only salty food was scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and some cheese and prosciutto. Not a fan of such a small variety. And when we tried the croissants, they were really bad. So I wouldn't suggest you get the breakfast option. We just lost money.

For us the location was perfect: within walking distance of the Termini train station, a good walk down to Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, and close too Hop On Hop Off bus pick-up point. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was good and we loved the decor and ambience of the breakfast room/ restaurant/ terrace. Our room of adequate size had a well stocked fridge.
