We stayed wanting to be close to Termini as we were leaving early for a flight home from Rome.
-
the breakfast is good, coffee is very nice the room is very small, the TV is broken, I booked more than EUR250+ per night through booking, which was really high price vs. its quality, and I found the price is only around EUR150 per night after I checked in, which may mostly match it.

Great location. Only a 5 - 10 miniute walk from train station. A few steps to navigate to lift with bags. Nice breakfast. Good room & good storage room for suitcases.

Upon checking in, our A/C wasn’t working. For 3 hours we were without power while they tried to fix it. Just an inconvenience. Curtains too long blocking the A/C unit to cool the room. Either you close your curtains for privacy or keep them open so you can have a cool room.

Location. Small rooms. Limited English tv.

Location is outstanding! Front Desk Ramona is wonderful. Rooms are cleverly designed (we were in one of the smaller rooms). Sleek, contemporary design in an old building The technology is interesting and the TV is fussy (although when it goes on, the offerings are vast, and in many languages). The WiFi is slow (seems to be the area in general). Our shower door (204) wasn’t a tight close.

Great location, great room for the price, breakfast was yummy

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good - lots to choose from! Room comfortable with excellent shower.
-
Great location and very clean. The staff were very attentive especially the two front desk ladies. They gave great directions and made some excellent recommendations for sites and restaurants.
-
Great and very helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. View. Low expectations from entrance but the stay exceeded them.

Everything was incredible. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming...every single one of them. The bed was very comfortable, the location is perfect, and the breakfast was amazing. The price was very fair. The absolute highlight was the staff, who were truly amazing and incredibly helpful. Nothing.

Amazing staff!

Breakfast was ok but it could better i think. Heating system in the hotel not good
-
Great location near Termini and close to a lot of restaurants and sights. The room was comfortable and the reception staff were friendly. Amedeo restaurant near the hotel was a great find- food excellent and reasonable.
-
The room was decent and the property was in a good location near the train station and great restaurants. The bathroom needs more lighting. The breakfast was very limited with choices. Whatever food was put out early in the morning was not replenished as it finished. The later people came down to eat the less choices there were.

Everything was great!

Be aware- unlike many bookings, the picture noted on the room for this hotel that you think you are paying for is not the same as the one you may get. I specifically wanted a triple room with a privacy partition for the twin and evidently there is only one room like that available. They ended up putting us in a tiny double room with a twin bed crammed beside it. Technically a triple but not. Very frustrated with the manager trying to tell me they don’t mean to imply I would get that exact room. Also, note that some rooms do not have elevator access and if you are mobility impaired it could be a huge issue. Just entering the building there were multiple marble steps. See above- very misleading booking. Also, it’s not as close to the Termini train station as one would think by reading their site info. It took a good 10 minutes of crossing multiple streets and waiting for traffic. I booked this and paid a premium to be a quick few minute walk and was disappointed.

Location and staff sooo helpful Tub too high to step into

Great location It was pricey for what it was.

Proximity to train station. Excellent staff (Philliini girls at reception. Clean. Availability of towels and other stuff. Air conditioning?? You gotta walk one floor up (no elevator between ground floor and Reception), for old people can be inconvenient. All other things are just awesome.
