The host of this family-run hotel was very warm and friendly, communication was effortless. The location near Termini Station made transportation very convenient. Though the room wasn't spacious, the ceiling height was more than enough for an Asian traveler, so it didn't feel cramped at all — in fact, it gave a cozy sense of security. Facilities were well-equipped.

Friendly staff and lovely cosy hotel. Great location with walking distance from train station and coleseum. Several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Room is very small but managable.

Location: safe while being not far from train station

Great people Very comfy

Location. And that was it. It’s a One Star Hostel, not a hotel. No mini-bar, no A/C, no blankets, no coffee maker, no view. Very poor accomodations. I don’t recommend. Curfew from midnight to 5 AM. The place didn’t even have drinking water for the guests. Check-out time very early.

The location is excellent , just 5 minutes away from the main train station.Breakfast was not included but there are many places arround for breakfast. The room was tiny and very bad insolation between rooms.

The hotel's location is truly perfect — just a short walk from Roma Termini, the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, and Villa Borghese. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very close to the metro and the regional trains. It is also a walking distance to most historic sites, if you enjoy walking. This was helpful because we found taxis/ubers to be expensive. There is also a convenience store next door. Take note that they offer air conditioning only during the summer, in line with the solstice.

The staff/host was very nice and helpful. Gave us good advice and recommendations. It was great to be able to leave our bag after checkout and pick it up later in the day. Location was in a good area and only a 5 minute walk to the train station

Well positioned and clean. The room was large and spacious. And the owner was very kind. Checkout is at 10 am- it was very early.

You have to pay through email and sending card info this way felt a bit uncertain but they communicated with me well over my zillion questions about thid. After arriving I was not worried about any scam. But beforehand it made me a but concerned since i had not had to pay this way previously. .

That said, I found the nightly price a bit high, though I understand they adjust rates based on demand. The beds are quite firm, which may not suit everyone, but they were okay for us. The staff — both at reception and housekeeping — were very friendly and helpful. We still don't know why we had to leave our room keys at the desk whenever we went out, but everything was fine. They also allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout, which was a big plus! I would book here for your Rome trip!

Great location. You can walk from the train station. You can walk to the metro. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. It is near the opera. It was all great

The location was great, but still quiet. The room was cozy and I even got a free upgrade ❤️ and the staff was very helpful and friendly

Very basic, but perfectly fine for our 1 night stay. Easy to find and check in. Located close to the station. Main attractions were all walking distance (20 minutes or so) and lots of good places to eat nearby. Clean room with a small but good bathroom, with a good shower. The beds were very firm which is not my preference, but after a full day walking in Rome, I could probably have slept anywhere!
